The café was busy, but we were seated within about 10 minutes. We switched our seats from bar seating to table seating, which took an additional 10 minutes. During this time, the staff was very accommodating, and we enjoyed the good music and a little conversation.
The food was absolutely amazing, and the customer service was even better. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the overall vibe of the café. The playlist that day was perfect for the mood, and it really enhanced our dining experience.
We started with a strawberry iced tea and an original mimosa. My girlfriend ordered the Classic Single Waffle with Turkey Bacon, which was topped with strawberries and a pat of butter. I ordered the Stuffed Brioche French Toast, which included a vanilla bean, banana cream cheese filling, a vanilla bean syrup, and was garnished with fresh bananas and powdered sugar with a side of cheesy grits. The grits weren’t the smoothest, but the flavor profile on these was so delicious that I believe these grits were made with a blend of different types of cheeses.
The portion sizes were generous, and we had leftovers for breakfast the next day. The total cost of our meal, including a tip, was $65.
I can say me and my partner will definitely be returning to Sabrina’s Cafe to try more of their menu options. 10/10
One nice bonus at this location is that they serve alcohol. The portions are huge- I ordered the triple-stack chocolate chip pancakes and had to take some home because they were so filling. We also got the Ultimate Mexy Scramble, which was just as hearty.
Service was a little slow when it came to coffee and water refills, but the food itself came out quickly.
The space is a bit small inside, but the music and overall vibe were great. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.
The food was fresh and the staff was very prompt out acknowledging food allergies and or substitutions if they were allowed for the particular dish.
No complaints what so ever. I had the Salmon dish and they nicely withheld certain additions and ingredients I could not have due to dietary restrictions.
We found parking on the street.
Our wait was about 20 mins
It’s a smaller place.
I wasn’t sure if you could make reservations. We were walk-ins and they seated us rather quickly. We didn’t feel rushed at all. I look forward to returning one day.
i always make a stop here to get food whenever I come to Philadelphia, and I even introduce my friends to it ig they happen to come with us.
My only complaint is that there isn’t a Sabrina’s in either DC, MD, or VA.
Hope that one little discrepancy will be rectified sooner than later
I really expected a bit more from this place.
