Good for a group. Well priced. We came here after looking at some Culver City art galleries and it was a short walk away.

I’ve been coming here for more than a decade. They have the nicest owners and staff. The food is delicious and inexpensive. Today I ordered the jamon con huevo and added chorizo. I ate that in minutes and ordered a carne asada burrito to go. I’m never disappointed. They also have a jukebox to play some great Mexican Music.

This restaurant has solidified its place as my favorite Mexican restaurant. I’ve tried many dishes, and they’ve all been delicious and very satisfying. The ingredients they use are definitely good quality, and the service is excellent. Great, convenient Mid-City LA location. There are lots of Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles, but for really good quality Oaxaca style Mexican food, this place is terrific. They’re usually open on holidays also.

An undercover gem is this place for the oaxacaño Mexican food. They also have a small little store with tortillas that are fresh and mole. Their entire menu is full of goodness and unique food usually not found in most Mexican places. You could tell how authentic it is because so many people from Oaxaca eat here. It has great ADA access as well as clean facilities for the restrooms. It also has a nice outdoor eating area.

Food was good. I ate the mole tamales, fried shrimp plate, and veggie burrito. I loved the fried shrimp plate it was delicious for sure a must have. The mole tamales could’ve been way better not the best thing to eat here. I haven’t tried the burrito yet but I have high hopes because the rice and beans were delicious. Lady was cool. Restroom was ok but could have the mirror cleaned up a bit. The only thing that’s different here is that you have to sit yourself which I thought was a bit strange. The table we ate at was dirty the waitress had to come and clean it. The plate that came with the veggie burrito was dirty it had refried beans on the side. I’ll post pictures. (P.s. the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead 5 is because the place could be more clean and organized.) Overall great food at an affordable price and I’d definitely recommend. 9/10.

The food here is delicious and the price is better than its competitors. Their seafood platter could be better if it had real crab, but for the price, it’s still good.

Good Oaxacan Mexican restaurant. The food looked and tasted authentic. They has a side business which sells Quesillo (Oaxaca Cheese) and Chocolate en tableta. Prices were fair for this type of cuisine. I will bring my family to test the rest of the menu.

The food just to be better, the quality and the portions are poor, of course there is people that always likes this place, but for me i never comeback, there is only one waitress and never ask if we need something,.
