Wild times await in a decorative jungle with animatronics and a menu of delicious American and tropical fare. Visitors can also hover over “Wild Bunch” attire and hundreds of private-label souvenirs at the Rainforest Cafe Retail Village, while Tracy the Talking Tree speaks up every 30 seconds with an earth-friendly message. We were there with our grandchildren and Elizabeth (our server) was fantastic. To start with, I was treated very well as a Landry club member!
Elizabeth was a knowledgeable and kind server. She took her time listening to my grandchildren and get their orders. All the food was great and Elizabeth made sure that I received my points and any dollars available on my account. The Landry club is great!!!
Elizabeth kept our drinks filled and was very attentive. When you come to Treetops, make sure to ask for her. Thank you!

Great place especially when your visiting her for the first time coming from Canada. Great ambiance, food was also excellent and tasted yummy. Price was also reasonable and the portion size muahhhhh.
Great service from out waitress “Marie”, even though we were one of the last to leave she still served us with a smile and also ensured we are good with everything and checking on us often as well. Really great service and thank you to each and every one and lastly yes almost 5 other groups around us were celebrating their birthdays here. Attaching some pictures of the ambiance and yes this place is kids friendly too which was the icing on the cake.

Visited Rainforest Cafe and the ambiance was definitely the highlight the jungle theme, animal sounds, and the little “storms” make it such a fun place. The appetizers were actually great and much better compared to the main dishes, which felt a bit bland for the price. The wait time was also longer than expected. Overall, a nice place for the experience and atmosphere, but the food doesn’t fully match the vibe.

We had such a great time here for my son’s birthday. The atmosphere is so much fun, the food was surprisingly great and our waitress Kelli was very friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend for an outing and visiting the aquarium after!

This is literally my new favorite restaurant! I come to michigan a lot and I am going to make it appoint to come here for lunch every time I come out here. I went by myself the first time and then I had to take my mom back to show her how awesome it was!
Shout out to Genevieve who helped me so much the first time I went when I was all alone, she made it awesome! When I took my mom, London helped me and he made the experience super awesome even though I spilled my drink everywhere lol he hooked me up with a new one no questions asked! I LOVE YOU RAINFOREST CAFÉ!!!!

Unfortunately, our experience at Rainforest Cafe was not a good one. We were a party of 11 and waited over an hour for our food. During that time, several smaller parties who arrived after us were served and eating before we were.
When we asked about the delay, we were given inconsistent explanations. First excuse that large parties have all food prepared together before being brought out, then later that smaller parties are served before larger ones. The lack of a clear explanation was frustrating.
When our food finally arrived, it was EXTREMELY cold, likely due to the long wait. Our server also did not check back for refills or follow up, and by that point we had been there nearly 2½ hours.
The atmosphere is fun, but the service and food quality did not meet expectations. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience.

We waited to be seated for a while, not because were busy but just because they didn’t bother to stop a conversation to seat us. Our server finally came over. We ordered. It didn’t take long. The kids meals are small even for kids. Prices are really high, but the quality doesn’t match the price. No offer on refills. She spilled didn’t clean it up. No recheck except to bring the bill. Very dark and music is loud. Too loud for a conversation. We were highly disappointed.

Went for a day of shopping at the mall, stopped in to have a bite. We were greeted by two lovely ladies at the hostess stand. With absolutely no wait time, were sat and greeted by our server Grace. She was attentive to our needs, offered refills on time, got our appetizer and food out within 20 minutes of ordering, the food was delicious. The whole experience was amazing.

We went on a Friday evening. You needed to have a reservation otherwise people who were coming were told it was up to a 3 hour wait. Great place to take the kids for a special night out or for their birthday. The atmosphere is very cool with wildlife, fish aquariums and tree coverage throughout the restaurant. It is a bit noisy but a very friendly atmosphere for young kids, they will be amazed and excited to look for animals in the trees. The food was very good and nice size portions for the price averaging around $20 to $30 per meal. They do have a kid friendly menu as well at a lower cost.
You need to be prepared to spend some extra money as you walk through a toy store while you wait in line to get into the restaurant. Also in the restaurant for special occasions they will take a photo of your group for free. Although the free photo is very small image(1.5×2″) on a 4×6 and not the best photo and then they offer you many very nice full size photos for $20 each on a 4×6.
I would suggest rejecting the photo offer and having somebody sitting at the table next to you take a photo with your phone.
I would definitely go again for special kids events as our grandchildren had a blast and they will remember that night for a long time.

Bryan was a phenomenal bartender, personable attentive positive energy! Highly recommend grabbing quick drinks here going through the mall, or to avoid the line at round1!
