Wife and I tried this place for first time this afternoon. Wife had a curry dish and I had a salad with chicken. I enjoyed a hazy IPA as well. Our server was friendly and took care of us. Parking lot and restaurant was full, a good sign for us that people liked it. The atmosphere inside was great. Not too loud with soft music playing. We had no problem carrying on a conversation.

Great happy hour, adorable inside. I’ve had a hard time finding charming spots in Nashville, especially ones that are new, but this place is charming for real. Excited for when I’m back.

Really cute bar/restaurant with amazing happy hour prices! We popped in for a drink and could’ve sat in there all day. Very welcoming and unique environment. The location is great too and walkable to other restaurants and bars if you wanted to make a day out of it. Highly recommend if you want to get out of the downtown Nashville area for some appetizers and drinks that are good and very reasonably priced!

Fresh Mediterranean flavors in a cozy, eclectic spot!
Loved the light, flavorful dishes—especially the whipped feta and fried green tomatoes. The happy hour drinks were spot-on, and our waitress Celeste was an absolute charm. The cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax, and I’m already planning to come back and chill on the patio.

I’m so glad my husband found this place! We were staying at the Opry resort and wanted something local. This place was clean, comfortable, and almost familiar. The food was a huge surprise because it was so fresh and exciting- I honestly didn’t expect much. Specials were great and prices were fair. I bought a tee shirt too!

Vibey! Enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. The food was utterly delicious but slightly overpriced, imo. However. It filled a need we had which was a last minute nearby healthy dinner option with outdoor seating and unfussy service. Decor was pretty magical. We agreed if we were still drinking, we’d probably be regulars. 4 stars only for the prices. We will be back. Probably not a bad seat in the house, indoor or out. We very much enjoyed our evening on the patio, and appreciated the quiet.

I went to Sabell’s for a dinner date with my boyfriend–we were both very pleased with our experience! It’s the atmosphere and the food that did it for me. It’s a 1930s quaint bungalow with little knick knacks and vintage style furniture as decor; they really do make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time. It felt very “hip” as the kids say, in the style of the neighborhood it’s in, East Nashville.

We got the loaded fries as an appetizer, and each got the RRP Curry, (I got it with chicken, R. got it with falafel). We were delighted with the flavor of both.

Service was very fast and the servers were approachable. We were also very pleased with the prices–drinks were not bad AT ALL, and we noticed amicable happy hour prices for those who may want to come for that.

All in all, thank you Sabell’s for a great date night. We’ll be sure to be back to try more items on the menu and enjoy the cozy atmosphere once again!

Tried the neighborhood spot for the first time. I don’t use the word cute much, but “cute” lil place. They got a bit busy when I got in. The cocktails would rival most Nashville “speakeasy” type places, very good. The naan special was outstanding (see photo). Dined at the bar and the bartender was laid back and very nice. House burger was decent, fries A+. Certainly would recommend, get the cocktails for sure.

Sabell’s is cozy, affordable, and the food is so good. Upscale diner/bar vibes with tasty cocktails. Since discovering, I’ve been 3 times in less than a month. In a city full of restaurants that are impossibly booked and pricey, we must protect this delectable gem at all costs. Start with the mezze (in picture), don’t skip the brussels, and absolutely do not leave without trying their fries. 10/10

A colorful and flavorful addition to the neighborhood. Creative cocktails, daily specials (inquire!), big patio (fire pits are coming for the season).
The menu offers Mediterranean staples.
