I absolutely love this location. They have been my go to for a quick meal every Sunday evening. The food is consistently properly made and delicious. Lately they have not had a delivery driver and have relied on Uber Eats to deliver. This has been a major issue in our small city. Last delivery, the uber driver stopped for gas with my food and was a very disgusting person. I will not be ordering until they fix the driver issue.

Ordered at 5 PM, got food at 6:30. I was only 1 mile away. When I received the food, it was messed up. I ordered extra bacon but didn’t get it. So much for “FREAKY FAST.”

This is what a $13.47 sandwich looks like? I ordered extra meat, cheese, onions, dressing… I keep giving chances (weekend football, 5 pm rush, etc.) so purposely ordered at 2:15 on a Monday. Worse than the others (and those were bad). If this is “extra” then I hate to see what a regular sandwich looks like. My husband’s $15 sandwich was just as bad—and THAT should have been triple meat. If we wanted to eat bread we’d of done so for free. We could not taste one thing on those one inch tall “extra” sandwiches except bread.

It’s hard to go wrong with Jimmy John’s. The atmosphere is pretty standardized. Funny signs on the walls in every one of them. This one was very clean. The food is always good if you know what you’re expecting. The service, as per usual, is disappointing. Usually the employees don’t even make eye contact with me. This one wasn’t a change.

I really love JJ Subs we had one issue my son and I but we took the sub back they had no problem and given the money back but we didn’t want that we wanted another sandwich made they didn’t fuss argue or nothing, now that’s another customer service that I really like so yes we do order quite often. Greatest Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had! I’m a regular at the beaver dam store but it doesn’t even compare. The beaver dam store has terrible safety protocol and very rude staff, coming to Columbus I experienced the exact opposite. Everyone was very sanitary and polite when speaking to me. I love Jimmy Johns food but the beaver dam store was starting to ruin it for me. Not to mention the phenomenal job on the #9 I ate, the bread was fresh and the tomato and onion placement was pristine. I’m glad to know when I want good service I only have to drive 15 minutes away. Great job to everyone in Columbus Jimmy Johns management, staff, and supporting customers.

Update: I quit eating here because the roast beef is overcooked and tasteless. The ham is OK. I go to cousins in Beaver Dam for roast beef now.
I like their sandwiches. The crew is generally good, and they have an app for online ordering. They did mess up my last sandwich; I ordered roast beef and got ham. Must have been a new kid on the line. It tasted OK.
