After spending 4 days in Rome, when we were longing for Indian Food, this place Saaz is what answered in all aspects. The team is great at hospitality and receiving the guests. The Chef saw us and made sure that the food was served with all the flavours and customisation request. Vegetarians have plenty of options to choose and satiate their hunger. The owner deserves full praise for hurling the flag of excellence.
Reservations in advance is preferred in any season of you plan to arrive at 730pm or onwards. We ended up having 3 dinners in our last 3 days of stay.

Excellent Indian food – every bite was filled with flavored. Location is very convenient, near the Colosseum with great ambiance. And perhaps most surprising, the food was very reasonably priced.

Great place to take a break from Italian food. The lamb sheekh kebab was excellent. My wife liked the Pau Bhaji while I had the Chicken Tikka Masala (the chicken is cooked in a tandoor). I’m only deducting one point as it was a bit oily (the flavour was good though). Recommended.

Was curious to taste Indian food in Italy and ended up going here for dinner. Soup wasn’t soupy at all. It had more of porridge like consistency. Ordered garlic chicken tikka for starters, and it was not charcoal cooked but instead deep fried, and the bottom of the plate was drenched in oil. Service was slow and average.

The food was great and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The ambience was also great.

We enjoyed the food so much that we returned for dinner the same day. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the ambiance is pleasant, and the prices are reasonable.
For lunch, we had mix pakora, malai kofta, lachha paratha, jeera rice, and raita—everything was delicious. In the evening, we ordered mix vegetable curry, dal makhani, fish tikka, and garlic naan. While the mix veg was just okay, the rest of the dishes were excellent.
This might be the best Indian restaurant we visited during our 10-day trip to Italy. We’ll definitely return on our next visit!

For every Indian restaurant we tried all over the world, we ordered: Rogan Josh (in Lambs) and Vindaloo (in Lambs) with Basmati Rice and a Naan, and Mango Lassi.
