They have a lot of omelettes to choose from. So just do what I did and get the everything omelet. So good, as the name implies it has everything. And the biscuits are huge,fluffy,buttery goodness. And hashbrowns are cooked just right. I ended up putting them on top my omelette, SUPER GOOD IDEA! Bottom line eat here if you want great food at a good price. AMEN all glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

This restaurant came up first when I did a Google search to find the best breakfast burrito in Slidell, La. I ended up getting the breakfast enchilada with a side of green chili. It was very good. The pancakes, sausage and eggs were excellent too. Service was good. Ate on the patio which was too close to the street. Seating inside is limited and the tables are close as it is a very small dining room in an older building. Not much ambiance. My rating is for the food and service, not the vibe.

I stopped in with my Husband for the first time today and it was quite tasty! It was affordable with huge portions and good service. The cook messed up order, but our waitress took care of it right away and they expedited our food. It’s a quaint and classic little hole-in-the-wall cafe with limited seating, but it’s worth the small wait! Our server was kind and helpful. I got the Scramble Hash and my Husband got the Meat Lover’s Omelette. We had full bellies when we left and plenty of leftovers to bring home. We plan to visit when we’re in town next!

This was expected to be a hidden gem judging by the looks of it. Very small and cozy dining area for maybe 12 tables with a family like dining style. It is nice and allows you to dine with strangers. To the food-I had onions on my pancakes which was awful. My wife’s omelet was very unimpressive and thrown together with bits that could have easily been scraped from the griddle trap. The biscuit was total cold no exaggeration. This could have been fixed or at least addressed had the waitress even checked on us. Service was not great.you are. Not greeted, checked in on periodically nor even brought the check as you must get out your seat and go to the cashier by the kitchen. Flavors are there with the food, so I assume this was their “B” team working today or hungover from the Halloween holiday. In either case, their food and service suffered from it.

What a great little down home restaurant. Everytime we are in town for the end of winter and heading into spring we love enjoying breakfast here. There may be a wait but I’ll tell you it’s well worth it. I don’t believe there’s a bad thing on the menu. The wife usually gets a shrimp omelet with alligator sausage and is in love. The sausage gravy is always the best and the home fries are always great. The waitresses are always checking in on you from the time you sit down and the prices are not to bad either. Just a great little place to enjoy even better food.

Came in tonight to try the place I’m always passing up. I was greeted by Maya. She was very sweet and told me to sit where ever I’d like. When i asked what was good she showed me the specials and said everything here was homemade. I ordered the Country fried steak meal and it came out pretty quick. The soup I ordered was wonderful. When the rest of the food came out it was a plate full. I could barely finish it all. I will most definately be coming back. First impressions have been a good one for me.

The food here is great. I tried them today for the first time and ordered the lunch special. For the price of 10$ you can’t beat everything it comes with!
Food taste great. ( the only thing I would suggest is that they start to de-vein their shrimp) I had to pick it out of each shrimp. Other than that everything was perfect. The potato salad is also great!

I ordered a shrimp-on bun fully dressed with no tomatoes a side salad, gumbo, and caramel dump cake. Well As you can see in the pictures they put tomato on my sandwich and my side salad. The shrimp tasted like the grease was burnt as well and the gumbo had a burnt smell so I didn’t even eat that. The dump cake tasted good it just looked awful. The worst part was that when I was at the register to pay I spoke to the cashier and she didn’t speak back she sat my food on the counter and walked away without saying thank you or even hope to see you again soon. I thought it was rude and this is all before tasting my food. I will not be back I can take my money where it is appreciated.

I came back hoping for a better experience after being served raw meat, but today was honestly embarrassing. I was left standing at the entrance while the staff avoided eye contact and pretended not to see me. People who arrived minutes after were seated right away. No one deserves to be treated like that
