This is the absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. It took 45 minutes to get the food order through the drive thru. This was after I had been asked to pull up and they “would bring it right out”. I sat there approximately 15-20 minutes and then backed back up to the window to ask what was taking so long. Nobody came near the window, I couldn’t see anyone moving around in there so I pulled back up to wait again. I got restless (and needed to be on my way but I had already paid) so I parked and went into the restaurant to get my money back. There was nobody at the counter and I couldn’t see anyone in the back. I rattled my keys on the counter, coughed loudly, and called out HELLO……. Nothing. I went back to my car, backed up to the window again, still nothing. I backed back around the building to the ordering speaker. The same guy came over the speaker to ask for my order. I told him I had ordered probably 40 minutes ago and I think you’ve forgotten me. He’s said to pull around to the window. I did and I still didn’t see anyone, then a different guy walked out from somewhere farther back and looked toward the window and laughed as he spoke to someone out of my view. Then the guy I had placed the order with came out from back there and brought my food order. The food was barely warm like it has been sitting a while. During this whole time there had not been another customer come through the drive thru. That should have been an indicator of the reputation of the restaurant. It was in a busy part of town and the only customers were two little ladies inside when I was trying to find someone to ask for a refund.

On 1/1726 around 2:20 placed an order at the drive thru, paid and we were told to pull over and park and wait for our order. Simple order 2 Meat and 3 Boxes. After almost 10 minutes of waiting, I went into store and observed my order was fixing to be carried out. One of the workers told me that they ” lost the order”. How I’m not sure as there was one customer beside us waiting for their order plus 2 people inside, no big rush. After getting our food, I was offered a turnover for the wait…no Thank You. A coupon or a partial refund would be nice. AND TO TOP IT OFF THE FOOD WAS COLD!!! If you lost my order why not make a fresh one instead of giving me cold food. Last time I’ll visit that location.

I called to find out what time they closed and the guy said I had 15mins to get there and because I live right down the road I told him I would be there in three minutes and he hung up on me. I ordered a beef and cheddar and a fry. I don’t know what this was on my sandwich but it wasn’t beef or cheddar. I believe it was done on purpose. When I gave the girl at the window My card to pay she didn’t give it back so I had to call inside and speak to the same manager who hung up on me before and tell him I needed my debit card back. As you can see My fry had about 3 or 4 in the box. So I went to bed hungry that night. I tried to contact the customer complaints and they have not responded to my emails. I wouldn’t suggest anybody go to this location. It’s terrible.

My partner and I love Arby’s! Whenever we return to Tennessee, lunch on the way home at Arby’s is a real treat. This Arby’s location is approximately a third of the way home and is a perfect, convenient location to stop and have refreshment. We been have visiting this Emory Road location for several years. The restaurant is immaculate and the food is delicious. This location consistently serves fresh, hot, delicious food very efficiently. It is also one of cleanest restaurants on the planet! Generally, the customer service is excellent. However, our last visit in April found everything perfect, except for the service received. Upon placing our order we encountered Tammy, who took our orders and payment. Sadly, Tammy is totally devoid of personality; she didn’t respond to “please ” or “thank you ” nor will you receive either in return. My partner and I both ordered our favorite sandwich, the Beef & Cheddar with curly fries. As usual, our sandwiches and fries were delicious! Really “hit-the-spot!” We both enjoyed a strawberry lemonade which is exquisite! Very refreshing and delicious. The dining room is super clean and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. Since we have long drive home, both of us enjoy having a refill of beverages for the road. Unfortunately, Tammy seemed shocked and dismayed we would be so audacious as to ask for lemonade refills (shame on us!). We were promptly and sternly told “no”. Absolutely, no refills on the lemonade (no need to ask!) This Arby’s location always, in my opinion, deserves 5 stars. Accordingly, I always review and give a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, I can’t give an excellent rating on service during this last, recent visit. Hopefully, the superb customer service that is normally present here will be restored soon! Otherwise, this is an excellent, efficient, convenient Arby’s location!!

It’s 11:11 no one else is here and it took 10 minutes to get my food, fries were ok kinda on the old side my cheese sticks were good but does it take 10 minutes to cook them? If it was gonna be that long they should have let me know, no wonder no one else is here

Just went to the drive thru and ordered double meat on a French Swiss and dip sandwich. They charged me over $2.00 for double meat and didn’t give me double meat. So tired of getting ripped off. And these business can’t figure out why they’re losing customers and going out of business.

I had great service at this Arby’s, but that doesn’t matter when the quality is this disgusting. I got home to find tens of gnats in my drink—after I already drank the whole thing! Absolutely revolting. If this is what ends up in the drinks, I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. Do better.

Showed up 30 minutes before they closed they cooked like 5 curly fries i feel like because 5 of my curly fries were fresh until I got into the box of them and they were ice cold tasted like shit and then I told them no tomato on my gyro and of course, they put tomato on it and I get chocolate shakes ordered with my meals and the shakes are all watery and just to much chocolate So the whole meal sucked for 2 people was ridiculous on the price for $25.11 for 2 people to eat. I don’t care to spend the money on food as long as it’s fresh and it’s good. But I’m very upset and disappointed at how my bad my food was tonight and I have been going to arby’s for a very long time. But this will be the last time that I will go to this store. And I’m sorry I have to give you this review but yall gotta do better cooking food, especially if I’m paying $25 for 2 people to eat and they didn’t give me a receipt with my order but I will be calling tomorrow
