1 /31/2026. This morning I went to buy a sandwich and two muffins. The worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I asked the woman who was serving me for a sandwich, and it took them more than 20 minutes. The sandwich was supposed to be grilled chicken with mayo, tomatoes, onion, and avocado. When I got to work, I opened it, and to my surprise, this woman had put one leaf of lettuce, three slices of tomato, and the chicken. I paid more than $36 for this stupid sandwich. Don’t go to this place; it’s expensive and the service is terrible.

I am very sick and ordered soup from Rye Ridge Deli. I asked Them to leave the soup by the door and provide utensils. I paid close to $20 in fees! It’s freezing cold 5° temperature, they didn’t leave it in front of my door nor did they provide utensils, they left it in the middle of my courtyard!
$35 is a lot of money for a quart of soup! One would think they could make a proper delivery. I’ve been a customer for over 30 year, place is going downhill!
Go somewhere else I am!

Great Deli!!!
If I’m ever in the area I will stop by for lunch.
Roast beef is amazing, the corned beef is amazing, the pastrami is amazing. I’ve never had anything bad from here.
The cold cuts are great!
The pickles are made on premises and are the best half sour pickles I’ve ever had.
They’ve got tons of pastries, candies, and extra stuff too!

This was the worst wrap I’ve ever had. Not only did I wait 22 mins for ONE grilled chicken wrap, it was a complete mess. A pile of grilled chicken with a pile of hummus thrown together. I also got 4 chocolate covered pretzels and my total for everything came out to $32!!! One wrap was $20 before tax!! Not going back.

This place is operated as though the owners dislike making money and do not want anyone eating here more than once. They got my order wrong. Not the end of the world. A side of fries was incorrectly taken off my order rather than my colleague’s when he made a substitution. When I called to ask if they could deliver the fries, the word sorry was missing from the guy’s vocabulary. I had to prompt him several times to correct the order before he agreed to it. It was as if he was hoping I would forget it. The cherry on top was when he asked me for my office suite number, which he repeated back to me incorrectly. When I corrected him, he said “that’s what I said!” It wasn’t what he said. The human mind is an enigma, but it makes sense how my order got messed up. God forbid you impose on these people or ask them to make any changes from whatever it is they arbitrarily decided to give you. A bunch of bozos work here, and the customer is always wrong. Food was ok but the prices are from 2036.

It has been a long time since I have been here and it didn’t disappoint. The overstuffed pastrami sandwich was just outrageous.. the meat just fell apart . Had the mushroom barley soup which was also delicious..

Huge, massive, unbelievable menu. Prices aren’t bad for what you get and the quality of the food is good. Their chocolate-dipped graham crackers are really good, highly recommend. Staff was friendly and fast, will be back next visit to Rye.

Be aware — prices may be higher than indicated on the menu! Ordered a side of fruit, listed at $6.99, charged $9.99. Told menu says “prices subject to change.” I appreciate that prices are quickly rising for restaurants, but I think they should tell their customers of this policy as it’s not customary for restaurants to list a price and charge more. Large menu – asking a lot for customers to read every singe word (including finding the “prices subject to change” comment). Over $30 for a grilled cheese, side of fruit, and iced tea. Yikes! I had wanted to return, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll look elsewhere.
