Today was my first time here with my husband. We enjoyed ourselves wholeheartedly. Mondays are $10 margaritas! I had one. However, it was enough for me. It’s a nice, cozy, modern feel. The owner, Cassie, is a very sweet gentleman and created such a wonderful establishment. I recommend!

Really nice place first time going and loved it. Great atmosphere to relax and have dinner or drinks at the bar. Food was amazing! I should have taken pictures the food all came out with a really high end presentation but the prices are comparable to other resteraunts around that dont feel as nice at all. Definitely try the brussel sprout appetizer crunchy and cheesy…..five stars all around!

We stopped in last week, and we have already been back! What a gem! This place easily has the best cocktails in town. The first time, we got mussels, wings and a Caesar salad. (pictured) Both were phenomenal. These were some of the best wings I have had in a while!
The second time, we got the gnocchi special which the kitchen graciously split for us followed by the most delicious espresso martinis.
We will definitely be coming back for some awesome specials if they keep doing them like this.
The staff was all super friendly and attentive and the owner came over and said hi. Cool story.
This is our new go to spot!

Celebrated my son’s 30th birthday here and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was! Casey worked closely with us to make it a memorable event, from the drinks to my son’s favorites! The bartenders were churning out the most fabulous drinks and the kitchen kept the food coming! Sliders, mini Reubens, truffle fries, hot wings, arancini and the huge charcuterie board was filled with the highest quality meats & cheeses! The desserts were all made on the premises and delicious! The bar has a really laid back and modern vibe….great for socializing! If you’re in Brewster or nearby definitely hit it up!

Amazing Cocktail bar that lives up to its name. Rye Republic is not your run of the mill watering hole. It will provide you an experience like none other in the area. From the moment you step foot inside you will feel and see the difference. Making unique cocktails is the name of the game here. Whether you choose to order straight from the menu be sure to strike up a conversation with Matt who is one of their mixologists and talk about the spirits you enjoy with the flavor profile you desire and with his vast knowledge he will be sure not to disappoint.
If you don’t fancy a cocktail and are looking to stay a more traditional route Rye Republic can suite your needs as they have a great selection of wine and beer that can satisfy almost anyone looking to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere.
The menu is simple but delicious. Rye Republic is a great choice and option for those looking to pick or have a good simple meal for the night out. I’d love to see them add a few more items to the menu, maybe a flatbread, pretzels or even a twist on a personal pizza as all those would complement your cocktail choice.
Matt is fantastic behind the bar and Casey who is the proprietor could not have made our night any better.
The vibe and ambience just makes this establishment stand out from anything in the area. Brewster has been in need of a resurgence and I’d love to see Rye Republic be the change Brewster needs. Whether you’re a local, heading home after a long day at work, or just looking for something different and new be sure to stop in and give them a try as I promise you will not be disappointed.

We were extremely excited to try this place out- the website was beautifully crafted and the pictures made the restaurant seem upscale… we were unpleasantly surprised the moment we walked through the doors into a very dark bar. While the service was fine, the food was largely inedible. The calamari special was small (barely shareable as an app) and was incredibly overcooked. The entrees came with a soggy pile of fries and the burger and sandwich ordered were both overcooked. The buns were soggy. Really disappointing experience on a $100 tab. Won’t be returning.

We stopped in last weekend for Sunday Brunch, and I am so glad we did. First I had one of the best bloody marys I’ve had in a while. They are obviously making them in house. I had the pancakes, and they were so good! Clearly fresh! I loved it when I got a bite of the strawberry-rhubarb compote and the whipped ricotta together. Yummy! We got the cacio e pepe eggs and the breakfast sandwich. It was open faced which was nice because we got more eggs and it was pretty. The potatoes were the perfect amount of crunchy. Best Brunch in a while. Can’t wait to come back for Mother’s Day! Hint Hint

When I saw the salad on the menu ‘The Perfect Caesar’ it felt too good to be true. Then I was delighted to find out that they are not lying. It is the best chicken Caesar salad I’ve ever had!
