I expected better from a BK in a nice neighborhood like Mansfield. The only thing that came out well was the bacon burger. The play area is cool for kids, but all tables were dirty.
Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Ice machine was out, drinks were flat & it was overall dirty. Check out my unmelted cheese.

The store has 3 young people working. As soon as I walked in the girl took a deep breath and said oh my god. Next I was brought part of my order that was cold and not correct. The fries were cold and hard. The burgers were so cold the cheese didn’t even melt at all. The kitchen area wasn’t even halfway clean. I had to ask for a store manager name multiple times before they would even give me a name. The girl wrote down Ivon but I’m not even sure if she just wrote a random name down or what. There was no manager on duty just a cashier another girl who kept disappearing and the guy in the kitchen. The employees have bad attitudes and this is definitely not a good look for this location. Don’t even waste your time or money

Don’t waste your time at this store! The staff on the afternoon shift until closing time are incredibly rude. They yell and argue amongst themselves as if it were a market. And when you go to place an order, it’s like they’re bothered by the work. The woman at the front taking orders even mocks the customers. They treat customers so abruptly. If they don’t want to work or serve the public, they should leave. If they’re bothered by someone coming to buy something, why are they even working? The service is terrible, and they treat even the delivery drivers the same way! I don’t know how managers like this can exist at this company. I really wish the owner would evaluate the type of staff they have, and if they have security cameras with audio recordings, please review them, because they’re losing customers to people who simply don’t want to work and only provide awful service!

I feel bad writing this review because the Employees are hardworking & kind. But it’s always terrible there.
It’s Management that needs an overhaul. Tonight at 6:30 they had 5 ppl working I could see in the Front/Cooking area.
The girl in the front taking money & orders was the same girl filling the bags. No gloves. Touching her hair while going back to shake the Fries that eventually were made. We were 5 ppl deep in the front lobby, several ppl left because the wait was long and no one acknowledged them. The drive thru was the same 5 deep & barely moving.
There was one man putting together sandwiches-he was wearing gloves.
There was a Girl that appeared to be the Manager with a jacket/hat on, aimlessly wandering around, back & forth to the open trash can. She made a few sandwiches with no gloves on. Touching her hair & back to touching food.
The Burgers sat waiting after being made getting cold because no Fries had been made. There’s no Ice available in the Soft Drink Station inside. The tops & Straws are not anywhere near the dispense area. They are at the far end of the main counter.
Simply a hot unsanitary mess. Never have I seen a Fast Food establishment run so poorly. This is an ongoing issue & again-the workers are very friendly.
It’s a Management training, no multi tasking issue.
I hope the owner can see this & get these kids the help they need. They are losing money in what should be an amazingly profitable location.

Today I witnessed a scene at this location that truly upset me.

The store manager’s behavior toward one of the employees — a teenage girl — was, instead of being respectful and professional, very humiliating and harsh.

At the same time, I would like to point out that Wendy’s service and attitude were extremely polite and excellent. Despite the situation, she remained professional, respectful, and handled customers very well.

No one — especially a young employee who may be new to the workplace — should be treated with such disrespect in front of others.

Having authority is not a reason to be disrespectful. Respect is the foundation of any healthy work environment. When a manager speaks to an employee in front of customers with a loud voice and a harsh tone, it not only undermines that person’s dignity, but also calls their own credibility into question.

I hope that a culture of respect in workplaces will be taken more seriously.

Did they get new management here???

This place has returned to trash. There was one lady always in thr morning running the drive thru, she was very friendly and the food was on point…but not sure who the crew is running it now, but there terrible.

The last few times I have came in the workers could care less that the lobby has people waiting to have their orders taken. The kid with the dreads just walks back and forth not even acknowledging anyone….

My recent visit on 10/4 will probably be my last…. the soda dispenser was spitting strawberry soda everywhere, ad the sprite, no ice, watered down old ketchup.

The fries were not full in the containers. The 3 workers there see you walk in and they just continued about talking to eachother. .again not acknowledging the costumer.

Really need to work on costumer service here…

Oh yeh forgot to add that i went to the drive thru 2 fridays ago, waited and waited…It was about 9am workers says were not taking orders, short staffed….and theres been times the lobby is closed but there hours say there open…..

The worst burger king. Customer service is horrible. No cars in line no people inside… still takes forever to place order. Then you will wait even longer to get food. I dont recommend anyone ever go to this place. Save your time and money. Flat out horrible. This was my second time. I tried to give them a break n try again with the same result!!!

Cashier and worker seemed high and had weird attitude. Ordered a burger for my kid and asked for it plain. Specified it 3x for it to be plain but they still made it with everything. I went back to ask for a plain burger, the cashier apologized and said that was weird because she put plain but the old mexican lady (I’m assuming she was the manager) got rude that she made it the way she saw it and then became upset when thr cashier showed her the receipt even said plain for the burger so the manager tried saying that it was put in wrong. I don’t know how it was put in wrong if the receipt clearly says PLAIN in bold lettering ‍♀️ it wasn’t just my order that they messed up either but other customers. They were also out of a lot of ingredients for their food as well as money

If you want professional fast food service, do not come to this location whatsoever. Everybody looks like they don’t want to work there. It makes the overall experience for a customer very awkward and frustrating. Seems like there is very poor management here. Evening hours are worse, it’s the slowest and I see many cars backing up from the drive-through and just leave. Hopefully there’s a miracle and there will be a management change and the store will be run a lot more efficiently.

Rude on the phone with my mom and not listening to her concerns. Missing half of our order. Food was cold. I received items on my sandwich that I said I did not want on my sandwich. I was told there was no pineapple frozen drink and that they can give me a cola one so I said sure and they gave me one that wasn’t filled up to expectations (3/4) and also appears to have a hole in it like a straw was in it. Very unsatisfied. I don’t recommend this location at all. This was our first time here.
