I ordered a funeral flower arrangement on a Saturday before noon, and was assured it would be delivered around 9:30-9:45 prior to the 10am Monday morning viewing.
I was emailed and a text message was sent to me at 9:46am Monday morning (far too late for me to make other arrangements) to let me know Ruth’s Roses in Moncks Corner didn’t have the flowers for the arrangement that I had paid for on Saturday and the order was canceled.
Rule one is to have good customer service. Ruth’s Roses did not offer anything but a repeated excuse by three or four emails only. No call back from a supervisor as requested or compensation.
The viewing and funeral are over for my 100yr old cousin Harry A Gethers.
The lack of any compassion for a grieving family from Ruth’s Roses is telling!

I am currently 47 years old, had my first drink legal drink at 21 at this bar. Most definitely an awesome place to go where the owner and friends are more like family. Bartenders are always on top of it and it’s not as easy as it looks to put up with us. LOL But yet they always come with a smile. So everybody come out and meet some new family. It is one of the longest bars going in Berkeley county. Love you all!

A quaint local dive bar with alot of history. After 30 years owned by the same lady.. they’ve created a unique atmosphere filled with welcoming people. As soon as you walk in, it’s like you’re part of the family. There are 2 pool tables and they offer free pool every Monday from open to close. The food is amazing and staff is very helpful and friendly. You can call in an order until 930pm but you’ll have to pay when you pick up..as they’re a cash only establishment. However.. There is an ATM on site. They’re also one of the last smoking bars left. This is a nice spot to stop in for a drink on your way home after work. Nothing fancy. Just a good old fashioned bar with great people and cheap drinks. 🙂

Pool tables, yes I won lol. Owner is awesome. Bartender was very helpful. Kitchen was closed but I still got lumping before it was too late. Yummy menu. You should try it before you knock it.

If you are not a regular expect lookes, chatter and that is not a good experience! Carol was kind. I will never go back!
As a women it’s appreciated to be comfortable. I do not want to be defending myself while I unwind!! I even had one lady walk out with her dog and watch me drive away with my friends. Too unsettling for my taste.
