Had a great time and the food was delicious . I had the steak and lobster dish. I was a little cramp sitting in the corner in the dark, but the waiter came over in opened the curtains and gave us some sun light.

My husband and I came the day after Valentine’s Day in order to miss that Valentine’s Day crowd. Husband made reservations for 8 but we decided to go and have some drinks at the bar first so we arrived around 5:30 and actually got the big round booth in the bar section so we decided to just go head and order drinks and our food. We ordered zucchini fries (7/10), and I ordered the chef special so the Cesar salad came out with the zucchini. Ordered two drinks and they brought out water and forgot to give me a straw when I asked for one so I didn’t get my lipstick on the glass(straw never came so I just used the small black ones that came in my drink). No bread was ever brought out for us the whole time we were there so we thought they got rid of the bread. Dinner was chef’s choice for me, lamb chops and sweet potato casserole for hubby. The meal was 9/10.
Now, since hubby loved the sweet potato casserole so much we decided to order food to go from them yesterday so I placed an online order for a sweet potato casserole, and two chicken kids meals, one with broccoli and one with mashed potatoes… when hubby came home with the food IT CAME WITH BREAD!!!! So now we know that they actually didn’t get rid of serving the bread WE just didn’t get any with our meal on Valentine’s Day. Also, the sweet potato casserole was half the portion we had when ordering to eat there compared to ordering it to go, complete rip off. On top of the chicken looking and tasting like just a boiled piece of meat. After these last couple of experiences we decided not to eat here anymore in the future and just stick with the steakhouses that we have been going to.

It’s hard to pick what was best… service from Diana or the food. Both were out of this world. I mean, just everything. The bread, the butter, the steak, the creamed spinach. EVERYTHING. The service was beyond exceptional. So good that even my mom was blown away and she is hard to impress. I cannot recommend this place enough for happy hour or a spectacular sit down feast.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse was phenomenal for my first time. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. I had a reservation and was seated almost immediately. Our server was absolutely amazing. He offered some of the best suggestions one would want at a steakhouse. I highly recommend the Sacramento location.

Truth be told, I thought I would feel awkward when I first walked in. Only because I had never been to a place that fancy before. When I tell you I felt so fancy and welcome. The service it was magnificent remarkable. When you try to find that word? But I can’t find it, it was great. Let’s keep it simple. The waiters and waitresses were so attentive. Even when I got my drink, late because I couldn’t figure out the drink menu. And I don’t drink alcohol like that, and I couldn’t figure out the water, I got my drink after the appetizers. But it was a lesser word when you go to a fancy place soft drinks are not served. But they had juice for the baby it was super cute. I should’ve just ordered what the baby had as a drink but being the adult. I didn’t want to feel embarrassed, I just picked whatever alcohol cocktail they had. Also, it was so pretty inside with the dim lighting and little lights on the tables in the decor. Oh, I love the decor it was modern. When everyone was leaving, they did not rush us to leave as they began to clean. I don’t think they were closing, though, because people were entering, but it was quite late. I do love their professional attire. It’s so classic, black, and white, with their attitudes with very professional. Everybody has smiles when they’re faces. You don’t see no attitude. I will definitely go again. Most likely, I’ll go alone because of on the side. They had a little bar nook with a couple of tables there. And you can feel comfortable being there by yourself, which I love. Also, my lamb chops were delicious. Never had it before. It was just words that I recognized. So I figured it would be good, and it was. It is pricey, but not by a lot of $$. I just pay for my, self, but if you go as a couple or a party, it’s gone, come out the pocket.$$$$. But I do highly recommend everybody. Just try it 1 time even if you gotta go by yourself. Save up the coins because the food there was delicious.

Each experience at Ruth’s Chris is top tier; from the food and drinks to the staff and ambiance. I have had the pleasure of having Leena as my server multiple times, and she is amazing. Last night she handled our party of 20+ with ease. Leena is so nice, accommodating, and hard working.

From walking in to the restaurant until leaving, our experience was the absolute best! We came in to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and have never been here before. The food was all delicious and Elliott was an amazing server! Very personable and made the experience even better! All of the staff was very attentive and gave us five star service. I’ve never been to Ruths Chris, but Erika, Diane, Terrell, and Michael made a return visit inevitable. The service team went above and beyond to make it a great experience.
My steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were buttery. My wife enjoyed her salmon and brussel sprouts.
It’s so hard to find a nice place to eat without being dissapointed, but Ruths Chris is one of them.

Today was special, I got to experience this restaurant with my lovely Wife. This was our very first time. We were celebrating Life. Being fortunate enough to be able to enjoy a place like this for no specific reason. Our server Was absolutely a real joy to be with. Her level of hospitality and expertise was remarkable. She probably didn’t need a menu to describe all items. Diana was just awesome!!! The food was great!! Atmosphere was quiet when we arrived and a bit louder as we left but that’s ok. It’s a very nice place to enjoy special occasions……
