My girlfriend and I went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Making a reservation over the phone was super easy, and they even asked about our anniversary details ahead of time, which was a really thoughtful touch.
When we arrived, we were seated right away, and our table setup was beautiful, they decorated it with a candle, flowers, hearts, and glitter to make it feel romantic and special. Even our menus were customized with “Happy Anniversary” printed inside, which blew us away. It’s those kinds of details that make the experience so memorable.
Our waiter was fast, professional, and attentive without ever being overbearing. We ordered steak and a few sides, and as always, Ruth’s Chris delivered. The food was absolutely perfect. To top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert that said “Happy Anniversary” on the plate.
This was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food, the atmosphere, and the way they went above and beyond to make our night special were all amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back

Fantastic steak house. Family and I reserved a table for christmas eve. The food was fantastic, service was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions. My personal favorites were Calamari and Filet Mignon. The atmosphere was very comforting. Would recommend and visit again.

I have heard about this place from several sources as a place to try. I was pretty excited to try it out. Entrance and the bar was very promising as everyone was very nice and the bartender was great. The drinks we ordered were delicious and very nicely presented. Having a good time so far. then we get seated to our private area. I have not experienced a more aggressive server then Eduardo. He seems very tense and low tolerance for anything we asked for. We felt like we couldn’t order extra drinks because he was very off putting. We had steaks with mashed potatoes. I expected more flavor but I have to say the food was okay. The steak was cooked to order but the sides seemed very blah. The rest of the staff seemed ill at ease probably because the lead server was giving such strange almost hostile vibes. I asked to take my steak since I didnt eat much of it, it was bagged for me and the same server came and very aggressively started asking if I wanted my steak, I had asked to take it so being asked this question was not expected so I asked what he was asking and he raised his voice and yelled if I wanted my steak, I said yes I did and he points right next to me to tell me its right there when the other server had already told me where it was. I have to say it was not a great experience. Unless I have to I most likely will not be returning to this place or recommend it to anyone. Thank you to the bartender and hosts for making us feel welcome and they are the only reason this place got 3 stars. If it was just the bartender and hosts id give them 5 stars. The rest in the back needs some work. Maybe a vacation to recollect themselves. If you try this place out I hope you have a better experience then we did.

I booked a reservation for my wifes birthday hoping for a special evening. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had.
We were seated in a nice area and placed our order right away, but then we waited over an hour for our food. When we asked our server about the delay, she said they were “waiting for the steak to cook.” I’ve dined all over the world, and I’ve never had to wait that long for a steak. To make matters worse, a table seated after us received their food before we did.
When our meals finally arrived, the plates were scorching hot, but the food itself was lukewarm. The staff offered to remake it, but after already waiting an hour, I didn’t want to spend any more time there—i was tring to get wife back to hotel. I took the food back to the Westin, tried reheating it, and it turned out to be the worst meal I’ve ever had from this restaurant.
What should have been a memorable birthday celebration ended in embarrassment and disappointment.

We dined at the Scottsdale restaurant tonight celebrating our 30 year marriage anniversary. Everyone we came into contact with from the greeter to our server was awesome. They all acknowledged our special night, put shiny stars on our table cloth and brought out a happy anniversary dessert at the end of our meal. Our Server Chris was the best. He was accommodating, professional, friendly, efficient, on top of our orders and just plain amazing. I told him that we have many fine Steak houses in the phoenix area but my wife and I always come back because of the night we had tonight. In fact we are celebrating Thanksgiving there as well. Outstanding Chris and the entire staff! The steaks were perfect and sides were just right! Thanks again.

Came with a party of 6 and had a good meal. Not excellent. For the name and reputation, I guess I just expected more. The waiter checked on us often. Food was all good but will not be my favorite or best steak, and sides I have had. The gluten free menu is ample for decent meal, but less options than I was hoping to have. They did have a tempting gluten free flourless cake dessert option, but I didn’t try it. I tried the scallops and filet special and the scallops were the tastiest part with good flavor. Mashed potatoes and mushrooms were nothing special. Brussel sprouts were ok because they were in a super fatty grease bath. The guys had fun trying to eat at the Tomahawk.

Three of us each had a filet mignon. Two were very good. The other was ordered medium rare but was cooked more toward medium. Also it had gristle and was difficult to cut. The lobster tail was not completely cooked. Have had better lobster tail. Baked potato was big enough to split. My son ordered one but didn’t get it instead they gave him an option and he got garlic mashed potatoes which were good. Our server Chris was very good and attentive. Overall for the cost of meal we were somewhat disappointed. Will most likely not come back.

Went to Ruth Chris to celebrate Valentines and our 23rd Anniversary. Biggest disappointment was the main entrees. My food was warm but not hot. My wife, who had the ribeye, her plate was warm, but not sizzling like it should. Seems to me the food sat longer than normal before it was brought to our table. I had to send my food back…as the center was not warm at all. This is the first time experiencing this level of service from Ruth Chris. We were surprised!

This was without a doubt some of the best food and dining I have experienced in my life thus far. Our waiter, Scott, was phenomenal.
Everything about tonight was perfect and I am blown away by not only having my expectations met, but surpassed.
