We went for our 2 year anniversary and they were so kind. Laurie was our server and she was amazing!! Her serving skills were immaculate and she was so lively and sweet. She was incredibly attentive, just enough to give us space but also make sure our glasses were never empty and we never had to wait for anything, other than the food to cook. She also had amazing recommendations. Also have to mention the steaks, which were melt in your mouth perfect.

Had a great time! This was my first experience at this newer location and it really was top notch. DJ TyWalker helped cultivate the atmosphere, spinning tunes for a great Sunday brunch vibe (I believe he DJs there every Sunday 12-3 currently). The songs he picked out were the perfect balance of fun but laid back. Our server Neal took great care of us and everyone got what they needed.
I enjoyed the hibiscus margarita to drink and the Prime Smash Burger was fantastic. I love a burger with egg and I thought they really nailed this one. I thought it was cooked very well and the flavor was great. You won’t be disappointed!

Our reservation was for our wedding anniversary celebration . The staff did a great job of preparing our table (even had rose petals).
We were seated in open seating across from the upstairs’ bar area so it was kinda of loud, and the table next to us had a small child so the atmosphere wasn’t the most romantic and hard to have a conversation. However, we did have a great sunset view.
Even with the seating arrangements, we had a fantastic time, the waiter (Alex) did a wonderful job. He was very attentive and nice. The crab cake appetizer was delicious, the steaks and sides were cooked to perfection!.

***WOW**. This particular location has nailed it. The last few locations we had visited seemed old, dark and in need of refresh. Not this one. It was built right. HUGE, spacious, high end details throughout and a great menu. We will certainly be back. Carrot cake was fantastic.

We had such a wonderful lunch at Ruth’s Chris! The steaks were absolutely perfect – tender, flavorful, and cooked just the way we wanted. The sides and appetizers were just as delicious, and everything came together for a really memorable meal.
The old fashioned was perfectly blended with right balance of sugar and spice of bitters with a cherry finish.
What stood out most was the service, the same consistent warmth and attentiveness since the first time we come here and it made the time there feel extra special.
Definitely a place we’ll be going back to for celebrations and a great night out.

The outdoor patio is perfect to just sit out and relax.it has heaters and fans. Glass half wall adds to elegance. Comfortable seating at tables. Food is always perfection! Jordan, our waiter, was fabulous! He was very attentive and genuinely happy to be there. His customer service was excellent! We had a great evening! This location offers half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays and happy hour specials during the week.

Wr are frequent patrons of Ruth Chris and have always had excellent service. We love the new location since we live so Close. We went there on a Friday evening close to 9pm and it was not busy. The bar was dirty, glasses and dirty napkins on the bar the entire time. After being greeted they still never wiped anything down or got rid of the dirty dishes that we pushed aside. The food came out quick and our bartender never came to check on us or refill our glasses of wine from the bottle we purchased. Water was not replenished nor place settings set like we are used to when the food came out and dirty dishes still remained. The bartender mentioned it was his first week and it’s disappointing that he didn’t seem to have the basic level of service for a fine establishment such as Ruth Chris. Our experiences have always been top notch but this experience made me feel like not wanting to come back. I wont’t mention names but he’s new and needs more training. Sadly, the girl who was working with him seem to care more about her side work getting done instead of giving service to the customers.
My husband and I have both worked in the restaurant industry and I also managed one for a few years so customer service has always been a priority. Chris was an excellent bartender and person in general who is no longer there and surely missed. He was also a great trainer. We will be back but probably not sit at the bar to hopefully experience the amazing service we are used to. The food was great as always and so was the atmosphere. Thank you for that.

Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday. Food was perfect. Classic filet and fries is my go to. Best steak I’ve had and I’ve eaten at a lot of steak houses. And brought my her a delicious dessert with some ice cream. Delicious!
