Bold and Beautiful
Terrific dinner experience on 11/23. Tobi was our waitress and she was the best. We laughed and enjoyed talking to her. She was a pure delight. We are going to ask for her specifically next time. We typically go to the Grove City location but she made the dinner top notch. The food was great. The Lobster flatbread and their holiday drink was very good. The food was hot and good. The only downfall was the cleanliness. Some of the seats at the tables were dirty.

Today I spent roughly $120 for the Admiral Feast, fish dinner, Alfredo linguini, 1/2 lb of crab, etc. I got a smallest single crab claw, the smallest pieces of fish that I’ve ever seen. I would like a callback to discuss this order and possible refund. This is absolutely terrible. I called twice and stayed in que for 20 minutes each time. Please call, this has been the most disappointing thing I’ve ever seen.

Ive always loved Red Lobster. The only thing that’s going to pull them out of their rut is customer service. Our server last night was not pleasant at all. She didnt greet us when we arrived. She gave the impression that we were a bother the entire time. The guests around us were complaining to the manager as well. I tipped my 20%, and i debated giving anything at all. She definitely didnt deserve it. The food was really good though. I took it all home because I didn’t feel comfortable eating there. That may be my last time going, unfortunately.

I got the ultimate fest snd my partner got the lobster shrimp and salmon. Both of our meals we delicious and came out fast! Our server Toni was excellent and so friendly! Will definitely be coming back and requesting her as our server next time!

I recently visited Red Lobster , and I had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding service we received. The moment we sat down, our waitress made us feel welcome and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, her service made the dining experience even more enjoyable!
As for the food, it was just as impressive. From the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits (which were warm and fluffy as always) to the fresh seafood dishes, everything was cooked to perfection. I ordered the Ultimate Feast, and every bite—from the lobster tail to the shrimp and crab legs—was flavorful and satisfying. My friends tried the Lobster Lover’s Dream, and they were equally impressed.
The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the meal. Whether you’re there for a casual dinner or a special occasion, the setting works for both.
Overall, the combination of great food and excellent service made this visit to Red Lobster one to remember. Special shout-out to our waitress—she truly made the difference! I highly recommend this place if you’re craving seafood and top-notch service.

This Red Lobster has the best food and service of any we have been to. We recently went on the busiest night we have seen them have (Vday) and it seemed the app for reservations had overbooked them and crashed, and Monica was running a tight ship at the front of the house despite these extra challenges. She was organized, had exceptional customer service and was seating people at record speed. I watched her handle customers who were less than pleasant and she smiled and said nice things to all of them. She kept staff on track, teaching and leading them at every turn. Then we were served by Toni and she was attentive and friendly as well. Our food came out hot and fast and everything was just what we ordered. We will keep coming back!

Our server and bartender and front host were phenomenal! So kind and helpful and sweet! Would have been a perfect visit but the I assume manager with black hair just doesn’t handle stress well, she was so loud about being to busy and to bump our time from 10-15 to an hour because of parties that they had. 25 top here,7 top,6 top, 7 top. But the hosts and servers weren’t having it despite her very visibly crashing out about it. They seated us within 15 minutes. You should really talk quieter and not point at families waiting. But your staff? AMAZING. Food? So good. Also the host, got out a lobster for our toddlers, so sweet.

The only negative is there was no one at the hostess desk much at all and we had to wait 20 min to be seated and it wasn’t busy. I accidently left my credit card and the manager Sarah and her staff went above and beyond to get my card back to me
