We’re staying at the Amway grand Hotel had time for a quick dinner. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and there was no waiting we receded. Our server was Evan. He did a fabulous job. All three of us had the fillets as well as a glass of Merlot, and stuffed mushrooms. The atmosphere was fabulous and the food was delicious.

Just went to Ruth’s Chris for the first time this last friday and it surpassed my expectations 10x, and i had pretty high expectations. Atmosphere was amazing, extremely professional and helpful servers/staff. The food was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavors i did not know were even possible to taste. 10/10 would suggest going here to anyone on the fence, you will not be dissapointed. Will definitely be coming back and enlightening my family with their glorious food and service.

Our server was very nice and provided great customer service. For drinks, we ordered a couple of mocktails that the bar customized via “flavor profile we were looking for”. These drinks were absolutely amazing! I wish I would’ve ordered a second one!
We ordered the crab cakes for an appetizer. They were absolutely delicious! My date ordered the onion soup (he liked it). For the main entree, I ordered the Lamb Chops and the Lobster Mac & Cheese and he ordered the Steak & Lobster. The flavors of both the entrees were excellent but the chops were overcooked, altering the texture of the meat, which is really unfortunate.
For the dessert, we ordered the mousse and the key lime pie. The mousse was delicious. Did not care for the key lime pie. I love citrus but it was overly acidic, which made each bite taste too sour, and the berry coulis on the side wasn’t enough to cut through the acidity. The pie crust didn’t help it (I’d recommend a light toasting to the crumb crust for some flavor depth and “nuttiness”). The pie just tasted “one-note”(overly sour) and needed balance.

This is an upscale restaurant in the Amway Grand hotel. Unfortunately, it was an underwhelming visit. The least expensive entree is nearly $50 and comes with nothing, which was the value of the gift card I was given. Since it was a steak house I did not want chicken. They had only two choices on the menu that actually were meals (the rest was all à la carte entrees which ensured you would spend a lot to create an actual meal – and keep in mind that many of those entrees far exceed $50) so I went with the $69 petite filet with shrimp package meal. I ordered the steak medium rare. I will say the bread that arrived was tasty. The arugula salad was ok, but there was little on it – two little mini tomatoes and three half rings of onion – and lots of arugula. The steak took a LONG time to arrive. Unfortunately, the steak mostly lacked flavor and tasted rather mealy. It came with three seasoned shrimp that were good however. The mashed potatoes were ok.
Dessert came, which was part of the package. The dark chocolate mousse cup looked good on the plate but when I broke into it I found that the cup was only 1/3 filled with chocolate mousse at most and the rest was all whipped cream.
Overall, my experience was that this restaurant is overrated and overpriced for what you get. High on style but does not deliver on substance and is definitely not a good value. There are better choices in the upscale restaurant space in my mind.
Finally, I had my parking pass validated. It only covered half of the fee even though I parked in the Amway ramp. My experience in the past was that validation in an Amway restaurant meant free parking for a couple of hours while you eat. Given what you spend at Ruth Chris, it seemed cheap.

Autumn was our server. She made the experience even better the steak was amazing. I can’t believe how tasty the flavor and the taste was so good. We got the voodoo lobster for the appetizer. I got the T-bone steak. My husband got the lobster mac & cheese, and the jalapeño corn roasted corn. Everything was outstanding. We went for our 16th anniversary and we got a free dessert too.

Excellent! We recently had dinner at this location during our business trip and everything was fantastic. The hostess was friendly, energetic, and very nice. Our waitress and her helper both did an excellent job. The food was amazing, we couldn’t be happier. Keep up the nice work, we look forward to our next visit.
