This place never disappoints! My wife and I came to see a show at the Kravis Center across the street. We met up with some friends and had a delicious steak dinner.
My wife and I shared the porter house for two (medium rare). It was cooked to perfection! We got a few sides, mushrooms, Au gratin potatoes and mashed potatoes!
We did tell the sever we had to catch a show and needed to be out fast. Service was great until the end, we waited for the bill after repeatedly requesting it. We were a little late for our show.
Other than that food and the restaurant was amazing! Great ambiance!
My friends had the cowboy ribeye and a Ruth chris classic.

The porterhouse was perfectly cooked. Some negatives: the lack of booths made it less intimate. Boca had a better layout. Our waitress was terrific, but forgot my horseradish cream. We had two glasses of Merlot that added up to 74 dollars. I believe I had ordered the Merlot that was 30 each. 15 dollars for asparagus is pretty stiff. Other than that, a very pleasant experience.

Here is my honest review for this establishment on Valentines day 02/14/26.
When I first arrived, the staff was very attentive and checked us in promptly. I really enjoyed how for the ladies, they received a nice rose. We got seated accordingly, however, it took 10 min for someone to wait our table and take drink orders. A little inconvenient. As the meal went on, the waiter was very nice, but not very timely on doing tasks. For example, when we asked for more lemons, refils, sauce for our meal, etc. Next, the food. We started off with the Spinach and Goat cheese dip. The dip had very good flavor, and complemented well with the crispy chips. My wife ordered the filet with mashed potatoes, and for myself I got the Filet and Lobster deal for $81, which came with mashed potatoes, and I got French onion soup. The soup was on the lighter side, and my personal opinion I think it should of had more caramelized onions. The steak, both of us agree it had a weird flavor, almost like a dry age. It wasn’t the best, and for that price you would expect a lot better. My wife enjoyed the mash potatoes, but I thought they tasted like instant ones, and they lacked seasoning. I found a little bizarre how a well known steakhouse, does not even make their own steak sauce, weird. Finally, the dessert came(Cheesecake). It was quite delicious, and paired well with the raspberry couilis, and the fresh fruit. Overall, I think the dinner was fair, but would I go out of my way to eat here again. Probably not.

The team at Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint! Thank you to Ileana, Juan and Alex for their exemplary service. I took my staff for dinner (team building!) and a show at the Kravis Center. As always, the filets were perfection and sides were scrumptious! Service was attentive, but not overbearing. I appreciated the private room which contained our “shop talk!” Always a positive experience.

The food and service were not at all worth the price. Maybe service is better on weekends, but our waiter hardly checked on my party (despite the dining room being at less than half capacity) and didn’t do a good job of connecting with us or giving personalized service. The food was decent but it wasn’t anything impressive considering the bill, and the meat lacked flavor. One person in my party had to request steak sauce to enjoy his meal. The creamed spinach was the best thing I tried. Nice presentation, but I would not recommend this location if you are seeking more than an expensive aesthetic.

I went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate an anniversary and opted for the three-course meal, hoping for a really special evening. I really appreciated the “Happy anniversary” note that was on the table.
The steak was absolutely top notch and the lobster mac and cheese side was delicious too.
Unfortunately, the two sides that originally came with the meal (Mashed potatoes & Brussel sprouts )were really disappointing and tasteless , which was a letdown for such a high-end restaurant. The cheesecake was also tasteless.
To top it off , the server came by multiple times trying to upsell us on extras, almost as if the sides and desserts that come with the 3-course meal are bad on purpose , which took away from the experience.

Went to Ruth Chris for my husband’s birthday, it was a delightful experience. It was our first time there. The service from the staff felt warm and inviting from every angle. The food was tasteful and delicious, the atmosphere was intimate and sophisticated. We had an exceptional time. Our server was great as well, I’m so sorry I forgot her name. I must also mention that when I made the reservation- I mentioned it was for a birthday and the table was set with a birthday card and birthday confetti on the table.

Let me tell you, we had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with top-tier service. My best friends and I came to celebrate my birthday, and we had a grand time.
The General Manager, Mike Lotero, was incredibly welcoming. He personally came over to greet us and ensure that everything was going smoothly. It’s rare to find such a friendly and attentive staff member, and we truly appreciated it.
Our server, Devan, was equally amazing. He made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better server.
Overall, the General Manager, Devan, and the other staff members made my birthday dinner a truly memorable experience. I want to commend them on providing such exceptional service.
As a side note, if you’re a seafood lover, I highly recommend trying the calamari. It was absolutely delicious!
