Place was a disaster last Sunday. All of the mobile order spots were filled and I waited over 10 minutes and nobody in the mobile order spots were ever served. Lines were moving insanely slow. Saw two bumbling fools confused on whose order was whose and standing around outside not knowing what to do. Then my big arch order was randomly canceled? Would’ve rated higher if I actually got my food

Came in the morning. Drive through was very busy. Yet it felt really calm and tranquil inside. Shrubbery outside is really bonito. Staff was very friendly and focused. Food was delicious!!

Went to this location after midnight because my usual spot was closed and boy did they show me a couple extra miles are worth it. Everything was made to our requests which weren’t too demanding but still they didn’t mess up and got us hot food fast! Nice job night crew!

There isn’t much anyone can say about McDonald’s that most people don’t already know. The service at this particular location is not as good as others around town. We often get ice cream cones for our daughter and we have decided to drive 10-15 minutes out of our way because this location chronically states the ice cream machine is “broke down” which I think most customers know by now means that the staff didn’t feel like dealing with the setup and clean up of the machine, and not that it’s truly non-functioning. The staff is not very friendly at this location, and there is often a long line even though there are two ordering lanes. I’ve also pulled up to the ordering speaker several times and the other lane will have two or three people put their order in before they take my order. It just seems like the place is not managed very well.

Can’t take a simple order as easy as not adding whip cream to a shake…. the person taking the order rushed, was very unclear, and didn’t listen to anything we asked for. Quarter pounder was supposed to be ketchup and cheese only.. nope, screwed that up too. VERY unsatisfied with this location constantly… the wait is also very long.. not recommended.

The person at the drive-thru window was more interested in talking to one of the female employees instead of giving me my order he only gave me the pop at first he was more busy talking to one of the female employees then he was of doing his job. Finally one of the managers pointed out that we were getting backed up in the line and directed him to give me my food finally. It’ll be a long time before I go back to that store. Stopped in for a quick sandwich at 10:40 a.m.. They sent the two cars in front of me off to wait and told me to pull off. Waited 10 minutes and was about to leave and take my loss. If you want to eat here don’t come until 11:00 because they haven’t planned for the breakfast to lunch changeover.

Went inside to order my food around 8:15pm there were 4 young men dancing behind the counter. Ordered a fillet of fish, fries and a water. Received a mcdouble, 4 piece nugget and water. Keep dancing it will take you further then your work ethic.
