We had a fantastic anniversary dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House.The atmosphere was perfect.
We ordered the bone-in tomahawk steak (medium) was with an incredible crust, perfectly seared. So was the ribbeys.
The lobster and the lobster macaroni and cheese were, creammy, cheesy, yummy as was everything else we ordered.
Josten’s service was excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. All of his menu recommendations were on point!

The atmosphere was incredible from the moment we walked in. We started at the bar for happy hour, and the bartenders were attentive and made delicious drinks. For our dinner reservations we were lucky enough to have Rachel and honestly, she deserves a promotion!
She was so kind, had amazing recs, and genuinely understanding. I’m not a big eater when dining out, but I always take my leftovers home (especially when the food is this good). She made me feel comfortable and even bagged each item for me without hesitation.
My fiancé and I both loved the service, the food, and the entire environment. I’ve seen mixed reviews, but I think those people either didn’t have Rachel or the same level of attention we did. Everything was excellent, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This place really impressed me. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Since I had my baby and toddler with me, I wrote some specifications on the reservation, and Elissa was able to accommodate us nicely. She was friendly, understanding and informative.
We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they even decorated our table nicely with birthday confettis as well as a greeting card signed by them. This is the first time a restaurant does that. High five for creativity.
Now, the service was excellent. Our server, Miguel was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and made us feel like family. The food we ordered came out delicious and very flavorful. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Our experience here was without doubt excellent, and we can only hope to be back soon.

Thank you to our waiter David for a great birthday experience. Thank you for the recommendations and just being so hospitable as it was my first time. From your friendliness to being so funny. The food tasted great with soo much flavor. It did not disappoint and I will definitely be back. Ohhhh and that flourless chocolate cake was EVERYTHING!!

Miguel is hands down the best server I’ve had in years! His personality is warm and welcoming, and he’s clearly a seasoned professional who knows how to create a great dining experience. He even let us choose our steak knives, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. He recommended the blackberry sidebar cocktail, and wow, it was incredible!
The Caesar salad wasn’t quite to my taste as it had a mix of flavors I didn’t love, but the steak was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The au gratin potatoes were rich, cheesy, and satisfying. I wasn’t a fan of the bread, but that was a small detail in an otherwise lovely meal.
Miguel truly made the experience special. When we’re back in town, we’ll definitely be asking for him again!

I’m in Miami only for two nights for work and I was excited there was a Ruth’s Chris right across the street because I absolutely love their barbecue shrimp appetizer. I went last night and I got to try the goat cheese artichoke dip which was amazing and the Ahi tuna but I went back tonight because the bartender was amazing. She made me feel welcome. I miss the days where you could go to a bar and meet people but now you go to a bar and everyone’s on their phone so it was nice to have a bartender that treated me as a friend, thank you Dasia B. And was lovely to meet Daniel tonight. Who’s fantastic also and I got to have my barbecue shrimp.

Visited 9/25 family of four.
Server Daniel and his assistant completely neglected my table. Never manicured the table. Took over 30 minutes to bring bread. He was nowhere to be found the entire time we were sat. At one point I asked for a refill it never came.My 11 oz filet ordered medium it was rare so I brought it to temp on the 500 degree plate. My table was piled with dirty plates empty cups etc the entire time. Me and my mother had to ask another server to help us out because Daniel never came back. Zach was the only saving grace here and kindly helped us from beginning to end. It felt wrong even leaving a tip for Daniel because Zach did all of the work but I did and still tipped more than he deserved. I’ve been dining at Ruth’s for over 15 years across several locations and ever since Dardon took over, it’s gone down hill when it comes to service. You can’t put an Olive Garden server in a 4/5 star steak house and expect the same service. Ruth is rolling in her grave! Highly disappointed and if I do return I will be requesting Zach.

Went with a group of about 25 people in a private dining room for lunch. We had a dedicated serving staff and busboys who kept everything moving smoothly. The food of course was wonderful, I checked with my partners at the table who all had something different, and everyone was able to say that their dish was great.
