Me and a few friends sitting close to closing time already had food in boxes
We go to order our last round, (Cam) mentions the manager said no more that they were close and we can’t get the last round
It was 10:08
Never mention last call never asked if we wanted one more round for last call
I ask for a manager
Manager comes great customer service and let (Cam) know it was FINE for us to order our last round and that manager ment “they were close” nothing about last rounds of drinks
We let him know three before he makes them I cancel mine because I’d rather not pay $20 for a espresso martini
(Cam) then says “you did all that just to not order the drink” ummmmm excuse me?
I said I’d rather not pay $20 for one drink he continues to make a drink
Me and my friends are discussing the “last call situation” he over hears it and asked us where do we work as if we should know how the restaurant business go
And yes all 4 of us work in a restaurant and knows to let our guests know about last call
I really don’t appreciate (Cam) trying to be funny and the slick comments
Mind you we spent over $300 with (Cam)
The sides really stole the show. The sweet potato casserole was rich and comforting, the creamed spinach was smooth and flavorful, and the lobster mac and cheese was decadent without being over the top. Everything was served hot, well timed, and clearly made with care.
Service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere felt polished yet welcoming. It was the kind of dining experience where you can relax, take your time, and enjoy good food and good company.
Absolutely worth the visit and I’d gladly go back.
My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Ruth’s Chris for brunch today. We’ve visited several locations around the country, but this was our first time for brunch.
We arrived on schedule and were promptly seated. We ordered cocktails and entrees shortly after. The manager checked on us within 10 minutes, which was a positive start.
However, after 30 minutes, I inquired about our cocktails. Another 5 minutes passed before we received them. My wife had the Sangria special, while I opted for the Bloody Mary. I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with the advertised blue cheese stuffed olive as a garnish.
Our entrees arrived another 10 minutes later. They were barely warm, as if they had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, I had to ask for my coffee twice, and it finally arrived when I was nearly finished with my meal.
Our server was inattentive and blamed everyone but himself for the delays. The filets were cooked to perfection, but they were unfortunately just barely warm. I had steak and eggs, and the eggs were undercooked with the whites being clear and liquid.
This experience was so disappointing because all of our previous visits to Ruth’s Chris around the nation had been great. We must put the blame on our server and the manager for not checking on us again.
We did leave a substantial tip in spite of the inattentive response because we understand the hard work that it takes from an entire team to make each guest have a memorable experience.

Our waiter was excellent — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. I ordered the Chilean sea bass with crimini mushrooms and a sweet potato casserole with pecans (which I shared with my husband). Everything was perfectly cooked and very flavorful.
My husband ordered the cowboy steak with steak fries. While the steak was slightly overcooked, it was still tender; however, it lacked seasoning and tasted quite bland. Another guest in our party who ordered the same steak had the same experience — a large but unseasoned cut of beef.
Other guests ordered Caesar salads, crab cakes, pork chops, spicy salmon and shrimp, and gumbo, and they all spoke highly of their meals. Portions were generous, and several of us had enough to take home.
Overall, it was a great experience with good service, generous portions, and mostly very good food.
