I ate here 3 nights cause it was next to the hotel I was staying at. I loved everything but the spicy fried shrimp. I just thought they were small, lacking flavor and just ok. Thes espresso martinis without the Kahlua were perfect. I got the t bone steak with a loaded baked potato.

I sat at the bar and the bartenders were great, but there was one night one just disappeared for awhile.

I’ve been to many Ruth’s Chris and this was the best for steak yet. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our table was dirty, our server was aloof or maybe high. She never checked on us or if the food was to our liking; we had to ask the host to bring us a dessert menu but the server still was missing so we didn’t get dessert. To top it off, she ran my card, then brought me the wrong receipt to sign. If I didn’t notice this then someone could have been double charged. We were severely dissatisfied with the service, thankfully the food was great but I won’t be back.

Attended a seminar here, recently. The service was impeccable, and the food, delicious. Did not photo the beautiful steak with shrimp on top. Had a chance, however, to display some of the Chef’s creativity, through their cheesecake. Will visit the bar, next time, for their special menu, and revisit their wine cellar style atmosphere.

Came in on a Friday for happy hour and started off having a great time. My first bartender was awesome—friendly, quick, my drink was good but the bang bang shrimp was a bit dry as if the chef didn’t coat them well enough.

When his shift ended, another bartender took over for the rest of my visit. By the time I finished my meal (about $30 during happy hour ), I paid with a $50 and kept eating while waiting for my change. Fifteen minutes went by and he never came back. I finally flagged someone down, and when he returned he said he thought the extra $20 was his tip and would need to get his manager to get my change.
I tip well and don’t mind being generous, but it felt off that he assumed the entire balance was a tip without checking first. Tips are something you leave after the service, not something to assume.
The food and drinks were genuinely good, but that last interaction definitely left a sour note on what was otherwise a great visit.

Haven’t been to a Ruth Chris in nearly 10 years. We were ready to try a delicious steak. Ordered the 40 oz tomahawk ribeye, veal ravioli, creamed spinach, and lobster Mac and cheese. Service was attentive at the beginning, but waned after the food was served. My pet peeve abruptly came up when the server quickly started taking away the plates. In one instance, my son was still eating his food, when she quickly took his plate. I could understand if it was a full house, but left me yearning to quickly leave as soon as I paid the bill. We didn’t even order dessert. Sadly won’t be returning to this place.

I came here to celebrate my niece’s 16 birthday and had the most incredible experience. Our waitress Alexa W. was so attentive, professional, and detailed oriented. She ensured our steaks were perfectly cooked and all of our needs were met. I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris at Tyson’s corner Va bc they really made this night very special for my family. My niece is already planning her next trip there. Thank you Ruth’s Chris and Alexa for everything. ❤️

We visited Ruth’s Chris at the Tyson’s Corner location for Valentine’s Day at 5:30 PM on a Monday and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations — especially given how empty the restaurant was.

We love Ruth’s Chris and dine at the Washington, DC locations often, which made this first visit to the Tyson’s Corner location particularly disappointing.

We were seated at the bar and waited 10–15 minutes before the bartender, Carly, acknowledged us and brought our drinks. It then took about 20 minutes to receive bread, and our appetizer didn’t arrive until right before our entrées. To make matters worse, the food runner initially delivered our appetizer to the wrong table before eventually bringing it to us. We were also never provided plates or silverware and had to retrieve them ourselves from a nearby table.

As the evening continued, we noticed other patrons doing the same and grabbing their own silverware from nearby tables. The bartender appeared overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not busy, and another patron at the bar shared that she disliked her drink and that she and her husband also had to get their own silverware.

When we were finally given the bill, we placed our credit card in the folio and waited approximately 12 minutes while Carly stood directly in front of us without acknowledging that we were trying to pay and leave.

When a restaurant is quiet with only five patrons during happy hour, you expect service to feel attentive and relaxed — not slow and disorganized. At a premium Tyson’s Corner location, expectations are understandably even higher. Valentine’s Day is a special occasion, and this visit felt anything but special.

We’ve always associated Ruth’s Chris with a polished, high-quality dining experience, so this was especially disappointing. We hope this was an off night and that service improves moving forward.

I had an unforgettable experience at Ruth Chris in Tyson’s last night; of course because you cannot go wrong with Ruth Chris, but the service was above and beyond. Enough for me to leave a review, which I usually only do when someone has really left an impression.

The food of course was amazing, my son had the ribeye and I had a filet with lobster; he said it was the best steak he’s ever had, even while he has lost a little of his taste, is a meat eater and has had really great steak in a lot of places.

What took our experience over the top was the young lady Alexa who took care of us. From the very start, she had an amazing, personable personality and really cared about our experience. She was extremely attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. She talked with my son and made sure he felt taken care of and even gave him some great marketing ideas for his YouTube channel.

We will definitely be coming back to this Ruth Chris location, because of Alexa. I know and hope she will soon be moving up the ranks here or wherever her feet lands her; she definitely deserves it all and more! Thank you Alexa for an amazing experience and outstanding service; others should learn and take many notes from you and your work!

I hope you will be leading your own team soon!

If we could give more than 5 stars to Ruth’s Chris we absolutely would. We had the Thanksgiving dinner, and it was the best we have ever had. In previous years we went to Fleming’s, Wildfire at Tysons and others, and never went back. We cannot wait for next year’s Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth’s

Everyone was so nice. Alexa truly made our day — she was so pleasant and efficient. The turkey was soft and delicious, and the mashed potatoes, tomato soup, au gratin potatoes, bread, and pumkin pie dessert were all delicate and exquisite. We hope you offer Christmas Day dinners as well!

The manager was friendly and on top of everything.
Please send our thanks to Alexa.
