11.21.2025 – Lola was our Waitress. She is very sweet, engaging and welcoming. Dined in with my oldest sister who was visiting from FL. She treated me, for my birthday, to lunch. To my surprise, Lola came out with other staff members to sing happy birthday to me in spanish with the two flans we ordered
11.16.2025 – Dined in. The food was great as usual. Beatriz was an awesome waitress. She made sure that we had a good dining experience.

We did NOT like the chips, don’t think they are made in-house, thick, hard, cold, no flavor.
Flavor of all the food was OK! Nothing really jumped out at your taste buds:
Mahi Tacos were good but for all it was topped with there was minimal flavor.
Enchiladas, same thing, look OK, but minimal flavor.
Tortilla chips, no flavor.
Queso with Jalapenos, could barely taste the jalapeno, runny, never thickened!
Wanted to like this place but it was just OK!!

We’ve been going to cielo blue for years. Always had good service. Last night, there with friends, we could not even hear ourselves talk it was so loud. I’m sure that group was just having fun but have some consideration for others trying to have a conversation. Also I’ve gotten the beef rice bowl numerous times. It’s my favorite. Last night it let me down. I noticed something wasn’t right, should’ve asked for a menu but didn’t. I realized halfway through that they left off the cheese sauce and guacamole. I will probably order it again but before the first bite I’ll make sure all ingredients are in the bowl. Very disappointing.

I have always loved this place. Unfortunately, after two bad experiences, I will no longer be back. The first came when I found a hair in my food. I’m honestly the easiest person, but I did tell the waitress and she was so sweet about it. She told the manager to come over. The manager basically accused me of planting the hair, strike one. We decided to give them another chance. We had called ahead because we had people in from out of town and didn’t want to come with a large party unannounced. We had 14 of us and received a text confirmation. We showed up and they told us no one wrote it down… they looked at me like it was my fault. They had to separate us into 3 tables… Anyway food is usually good, but the service is not good at all, in my opinion.

Mario did an absolute incredible tonight serving us! He was very attentive, kind, polite, and just all around awesome! We were there celebrating my little baby turning one and he did an outstanding job! The salsa is top-notch delicious and the food was excellent, especially my southwest steak salad! Yum!!

I ordered the TACO PARTY catering for this past weekend and when I tell you I was blown away. AMAZING!!! The food was so good and it was sooo much in qty. I ordered for 13 people but I had enough food for at least 25. Great job thank you for everything. Will def be back.

Me and my husband actually went to this location two days back to back. He loved his chipotle fried burrito and I had the Cielo quesadilla. I ordered the mango salad but both times they forgot my mango vinegarette. We ordered to go.

My son and I stopped here for lunch while in the area and wow! Ordered a lunch taco/burrito plate with a wonderful frozen cocktail. Let’s just say these are the largest lunch portions I’ve seen outside of an all-you-can-eat buffet! The menu had plenty of items to please everyone.
Food came out quickly and was perfect. Everything was flavorful and the service was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and maintained well.
