Reasonable prices, kind server (Katie!).
TLDR: The most important thing to me is if the food is yummy. Although the prices are reasonable, did we leave feeling full and satisfied? No, the taste was not worth it.
Food: 2/5 stars, would not return. Even for the incredible 3 courses for $55 deal, I still did not find the food taste worth it. For that price point, I’d prefer to fill up on apps elsewhere at a tasty restaurant.
What we got:
(apps and small plates)
Crab cakes – apparently their specialty, and I think it was the best thing I ate that night (4/5)
Calamari – good, crispy breading with a nice crunch but the sweet chili sauce was overwhelmingly bad (1/5)
Spinach and artichoke dip – entirely cheese with some spinich along the bottom (1/5)
– $55 for 3 course: caesar salad – a very dressing forward dish, every piece of lettuce felt carefully drenched in dressing
– $55 for 3 course: brussel sprouts – well cooked, tiny portion (maybe 1/2 a cup)
– Asparagus – ok. Kind of soggy/ wilty. decent crunch
entrees:
$55 for 3 course: seafood option with salmon and shrimp – even after adding salt, there was no flavor to the salmon. The shrimp was edible.
– $55 for 3 course: 16oz USDA prime steak – steak cooked medium rare…very well (impressive!), but the cut itself was tough and lacked flavor depth. just felt like a hunk of meat
– $55 for 3 course: prime filet – cooked medium rare very well! flavor was just a lot of chewing
new york strip – also cooked medium rare pretty well! the fat added to the flavor so it was more enjoyable. The cut was thin.
Chicken – dry, flavorless and disappointing (1/5)
Service: 5/5 Katie was attentive and kind. She was servicing many of the tables in the back that night, carrying giant trays of food for the whole group. She was soft spoken and swift and surprised us with carrot cake for the birthday we were celebrating!
Atmosphere: 3/5 It felt like the vibe was meant to be upscale but it does have a tinge of cookie cutter, chain restaurant like an Olive Garden with table cloths. Nothing mind blowing, and it felt like it lacked character — the green neon sign felt a little tacky and all the furnishings (tables, chairs) felt oversized and cramped.

Went for Valentine’s Day 2/14/26. 1st time ever and from another state. VERY disappointed!!! Our reservation was for 7 pm was seated by 7:20, drinks and salad to follow by 7:30. The bread was given until maybe 30 mins later. I noticed while being seated there were several couples in our area just waiting as we were seated. We sat chatted and enjoyed the atmosphere. By 9 pm no food! No one came to check on us, NOTHING. For the other couples as well. My husband grew frustrated and ready to go we had other plans to follow sat almost 2 hrs no food. I finally seen the waiter and asked for the manager who still took another 15 mins to come. We ask to just leave at the point it was almost 9:15-9:20. They did apologize about the wait (after we asked for someone, never thru the wait) ask was told out food was coming and we could take home in boxes. We live 40 mins away. Although he didn’t charge us and we only paid for drinks, that was a horrible experience. Not type of communication during service and food cold when we got home, also not that good. We got the chef’s specials (6ozs one with shrimp one with lobster) the sides were mashed potatoes (watery) and creamed spinach. Lobster tail wasn’t big at all and cooked over just a lil. Just a horrible evening were we very disappointed and it threw our whole entire Valentines evening off! Couldn’t even make it to our next planned stop!

The steak and salmon were delicious. The potatoes were a little stiff and not hot, but the flavor was good. I would recommend expanding the side options as there are not many to choose from. The cheesecake was delicious. However, the manager was accommodating to my seating request and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris in Philly for my anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel special. Our table was beautifully decorated, and we were even gifted a cute card, a thoughtful touch that added to the celebration.
We were seated in a cozy corner booth that gave us just the right amount of intimacy for a romantic dinner. The star of the meal was, of course, the steak—cooked to perfection and served on a *piping hot* plate (a heads-up to be careful!). I also had a blueberry mojito that was absolutely superb—refreshing and just the right balance of sweet and tart.
To top it all off, we were comped a stunning chocolate dessert that was as delicious as it was generous. Our server, Isaiah, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the entire evening smooth and enjoyable.
This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you for making our special night even more memorable.

First time dining for lunch. Wasn’t too crazy about their lunch menu didn’t offer the loaded baked potatoe that I was craving for a very long time neither did they offer the same salads that they offer on the dinner menu. So we opted to just try their cheese burger would’ve never in a million yrs think to eat a Hamburger at Ruth Chris and will never eat it again it was horrible they don’t server pickles on it and the lettuce they put on their was mainly just the stem no leaf I had to take the lettuce from my husband’s plate to add to mine. I took one bite out of it and couldn’t eat it anymore. The salad I can’t remember the name of it but it was super cold they give you a lot with a lot of bluecheese but only two grape tomatoes smh not sure why so little. But the fries for the burger omgosh the fries saved the day they were surpurb. The bread they usually bring out in the beginning at lunch time you have to ask for it, it’s always amazing . Our waitress/ bartender Olivia was the sweetest very friendly very kind. The host were too.

The cowboy steak was pretty good. It tasted better as you got closer to the bone. The crab cakes were cooked just right. The drinks were tasty.
