Always something with this location. Either slow service, missing items or the quality and appearance of there sandwiches is like a 1st grader made it. But of course, you contact either the store or send an email to voice your concern and it’s brushed off or not response ever.

I just want to share about the great customer service experience I had here today. Omar Enriquez one of the managers was awesome. Omar had heard about a little mishap with my order. He was very concerned that the restaurant take care of my order. He was very prompt and very professional. The restaurant was very very busy. Yet Omar was taking care of every order plus correcting my order. Thank you Omar for your professionalism and your great customer service support. I will be recommending this McDonald’s to my family and friends.

What’s really going on at this location? I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger with no onions and extra pickles. I had to wait at the 2nd window. A car also goes around me and waits on 3, 4 and 5. 3 recives their food and im still waiting. Received my order and it looked liked the patty had been scraped in half or half was left stuck to a grill. I explained to the member doing the drive through take out orders and he did offer to get a new one, but I declined and told him I’d go inside myself and that it was not his fault. A bit agitated, I go inside and ask for a manager, so that they can have eyes on. I explained, she took it from me and I thought she tossed it to request a new one. I walked off to get a napkin from the restroom. As soon as I returned she had it ready. I attempted to take it, but asked to ensure it was made correct as it was a special order before I did. She said yes, it’s the same sandwich I added another patty. Me not realizing what she said, thanked her and exited. I got back to my vehicle and looked only to realized what had just happened. So they added another patty to a returned cold sandwich and gave it back. . It’s a kids meal. My baby doesn’t eat a double cheeseburger. The drink was a 3/4 of the way full and the apples had a weird taste with the core of 1. Ughhh The patty is like the thickness of 2 slices of cheese with holes.

Took orders from 6 cars including a big back that took 20 minutes to order then tell me to wait. Customer service is dead and this location sucks. Shouldn’t be fast food should be food ready when “we’re” ready to make it for you. $15 an hour for what do you can piss people off I got better service 10 yrs ago

What an awful, rude manager we encountered. After waiting 20 minutes at curbside pickup to get our food, we decided to go in and ask about our food. We were not rude in any way, yet the manager rolled her eyes and then threw our food on the counter and said it was waiting for us. How does that make sense? The point of curbside pickup is that you bring it to the car. I’m not expecting a McDonald’s manager to provide the greatest customer service, but I wasn’t expecting someone to be actively rude.

It’s really not that hard to run a Mcdonalds. I’m from Wisconsin and have never experienced a Mcdonalds ever screw anything up in or make me pull to the side for a small order #8 and wait. But the real problem was when I got my Bacon Egg And Cheese Bagel it was drenched in the bagel sauce exclusive to the bagel which is not slam dunk. It only needs a small amount of bagel sauce!
