I’ve been here twice and both times gotten a torta. First time was the torta especialles and the second time the barbacoa. Both were absolutely delicious. From the meat, bread, condiments and even the pickled jalapeno on the side, everything is great!

I love this place. The quesabirria is outstanding and unmatched. I cannot find better, even down in Denver. Also, the prices are VERY affordable for what you get. You just drive up to the window and place your order, they give you a little pager and it beeps when it’s time to drive back up. It doesn’t take long, even if they try to warn you it might take extra time. This is by far the easiest place if you are just rolling through town and want something good without needing to get out of the car. It is real food and I think they are family owned. Get extra napkins if you are going to eat in the car.

It’s a drive-through Mexican place that is honestly amazing. It’s currently evenly tied for my favorite tacos in the valley. The pricing is great for what you get and the plaiting is exquisite for a drive through. Looking at the food I feel fancier than the price afford. The food is authentic, more than reasonably portioned, and tasty as all hell. I plan on going here regularly to keep these guys alive. Vail has had a glut (4+) of Mexican places open recently but this is the one that actually seems to fill a hole in the actual needs of the valley. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to become a regular. Go get you some, this place is…dare I say…the bomb.com

Highly recommend! Fast and simple. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious!!! So glad we finally went. We got the barbacoa tacos, quesa birria, and birria plato. We will be going on the regular from now on!
