We are Americans visiting La Palma. The food here is American-style but not what we eat typically. The food we had on the three occasions we ate here (our bungalow is about 80 meters away) was very tasty. We had plain fries as the crazy fries are not something we would enjoy. They were very popular with the young people though. The onion rings are amazing. I highly recommend them. The half meter sausage was good. My husband and I shared it. He also ate half of his tuna sandwich but they wrapped up the rest to eat later. I had the beef in tomato purée twice. Delicious! The desserts are ok. My favorite was the Oreo pudding. The first two times visiting were not busy but we ate earlier and during the week. The third time was a bit later on a Friday and it was packed. One of the servers turned out to be one of the owners. He (and the female server) were very welcoming and very busy. The prices were very inexpensive. We are staying in the same bungalow in April 2023 and we look forward to eating here again. (I’m currently sitting on the bungalow veranda and can see the outdoor seating area. It’s packed and it’s only 15:20 on a Saturday afternoon.)

We ordered the maxi suco especial burguer with fries. It’s a large portion for one so we shared and it was very filling but we also shared a Oreo Shake.

The place is super nice with this American diner style. We came to try the papas locas And were amazing. They don’t offer a vegetarian option but I simply asked to get them without meat and no one said anything, the waiter asked if I wanted something else to make them more stuffed, very nice! Portions are huge! I got the pequeña And I barely made it through it, my partner got the big one and managed to eat only half (but they have us containers for takeaway). It’s a nice stop after (or before) going to the Mirador de la cumbrecita. There are no many parking spots since is on the main road.

Service was so slow, we were ignored for about 15 minutes, and we had limited time, I thought we were going to have to leave before the food arrived. Hamburger was a good flavour when it finally arrived. Would not visit again.

They got out order wrong and the food is still on its way. However coffee was served almost immediately. So you either drink cold coffee with the food. Or you eat the food without any liquid.
I don’t know. I guess something marketed as ‘American cuisine’ should stay true to its premise and serve fast food.
