I recommend this Arby’s! Customer service is good and food is yummy. The drive thru cashier was kind, helpful and had a professional appearance. The loaded Italian sub is delicious! They know how to cook curly fries too!

3/2/26 I ordered the French Dip with au jus, small fries, roast beef sliders. French Dip was on Italian roll not French, didn’t get my slider and the au jus was in the bottom of the bag, not in a separate bag. When I was carrying the bag the bottom of the bag broke out from the leaking au jus and everything fell out. The person who put my items in the bag, didn’t give a “Darn” about their job or the customers. The manager needs to train their staff better.

What started as a simple quest for a good meal ended in pure disappointment. We swung by this place on our way out of the city, opting for the drive-through because we were in a hurry. In hindsight, I really wish I had just kept driving. I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first, so I asked for a recommendation, and the employee suggested the BBQ bacon burger. Let me tell you—this was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.

The burger was so dry, it felt like I could slice through someone’s hair with it. No amount of condiments could have saved it. The bacon was a joke—thin, tasteless, and entirely unappetizing. It didn’t even add the smoky or crispy flavor you expect from bacon. The whole thing was just sad. Honestly, the picture in my head of what this burger should’ve been, compared to the reality I got, speaks a thousand words about the level of disappointment. The meal I envisioned was far from the dried-out, flavorless mess I was served.

To make things worse, the employee who took our order was of no help at all. I tried asking for suggestions, hoping to salvage the meal with something better, but she didn’t have any tips or helpful advice. I was left to figure it out on my own, and clearly, that didn’t go well.

I didn’t get a chance to go inside the restaurant, so I can’t speak to its cleanliness or atmosphere, but based on the drive-through experience, I’m not sure I want to know. After the meal, I found out how they cook their burgers, and trust me—knowing that only solidified my decision to never return.

If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend skipping this place. You’re better off grabbing something from anywhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone, not even if you’re desperate for a quick bite. Sometimes, pictures speak a thousand words, but in this case, my experience with this burger speaks volumes: dry, flavorless, and completely disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Arby’s altogether.

0 stars all around — I had the worst experience at this Arby’s last night. We went around 6:30pm. And we were one of 2 total cars in the drive thru. To start, the service was not good, we weren’t greeted by the lady working the window, we said thank you every time she handed us something and we got no response, or “have a good night”.
From someone who used to work in the fast food industry, I know that our entire experience came from straight laziness and carelessness. The curly fries were soggy and Luke warm, my beef and cheddar had no cheese and was also barely warm. My husbands chicken bacon and Swiss had NO CHICKEN!!!!! No, I unfortunately did not get a picture of it as he was so upset he immediately threw it away. Our chocolate shake looked good but tasted really off, almost tasted like cleaner but we couldn’t exactly put our finger on it. Safe to say we didn’t drink it.. The only good thing out of this order was my fresh mozzarella sticks.

I’ve gone to this location before, and it’s never “the best” but usually it’s good enough. We’ve never been the people to not eat what we order but last night was a first. I have no photographic evidence of the chicken sandwich or else I’d be trying to get a refund since we only ate 1 item in our $35 order :/

I came to Arby’s on 11/19/24 around 945pm. My fiance ordered the 2/$7 hot ham and cheese, I got the two roast beef jalapeno sliders as well as the ham and cheese slider, needless to say all 5 were cold & the two hot man and cheese he had specifically asked and begged them to make sure it was HOT. We are suckers for hot ham and cheese and feel very disappointed. I’ll more than likely will not return to this location.

Food was kind of old and dry. The lobby was decorated cute. No hello when you come in. You can see the capital from the restaurant. We had a coupon pry won’t go back.
