I thought the mini pizza was actually very delicious but my issue is that I couldn’t call the store to order ahead so the wait took forever . I wish I worked there because they could use a smiling friendly face up front. The gentleman was nice who took my order but the atmosphere it felt too gloomy for my taste. Honestly, the is good but way way too expensive in my opinion you can’t even buy a piece by the slice for lunch if you wanted . But again, with service being so slow with no phone orders allowed , that makes it impossible for anyone to get in and out in 30-45 min . I would love to see the pick up express thing to be functional but it is not . I recommend they use two pepperoni pizzas per day to allow people looking for a reasonably priced piece of pizza and side with drink for 10.99(for example) or an individual slice for 5 bucks and that would make people happy who don’t want to go broke just to eat a slice of pizza, who only have a small window of time to spare . It wouldn’t be hard to do, but the entire menu is quite over priced and takes forever… 5 stars for the taste of the individual pizza . though .

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
If you’re in the area, I can’t recommend Rusty’s enough. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a slice to go, you won’t be disappointed!

Pizza was good. Service was slow like a snail. When we got there there was only one other customer ahead of us, they were helped but then the girl behind the counter took off and was gone for a while, then we were helped atmosphere was clean. Thats my read on fro my rating.

As we were ordering our food, the lady asked for a tip.
No service was provided. We just ordered our food.
Typically a tip is earned after service was provided.
We told her no because of that reason.
Immediately a negative attitude was displayed.
During our visit, the food was immediately placed on our table and the lady that asked for a tip did not display any form of good customer service and did not give us condiments for our food that typically comes with condiments.
As we were trying to enjoy our food, we noticed that they turned off the AC.
We went to go ask if they could turn it back on and they just shook their head no.
One of the guys behind the counter was nice.
Unfortunately won’t be returning.

I always order from Rustys pizza today I decided to order from them I order two large pizzas a six piece fried chicken with a super wedge 28 chicken wings on the side and a pack of Coke. They told me it would be 45 minutes but it came to my house in 25 minutes. My wings were soggy. My pizza looked gross and they only gave me one sauce for my wings on top of that. I spent 105 bucks I will not be going here again. They lost a good customer.

Ordered 3 large pizzas 1 salad and 2 drinks via via telephone. It was my understanding that the sodas would be 2 liters but only received small individual ones. When I tried to clarify upon pickup, I wsd told that we were only getting the small ones. For an 84.00 price tag, it was way too pricey and the pizza is just average. Definitely would not recommend and not worth it all. Round Table or even pizza hut is much better for the comparable price tag. Not a good experience Bakersfield.

I paid 100 bucks for 2 pizzas and an order of chicken and wedges. First pizza, olive and pepperoni. 2nd Meat Lovers with mushrooms and olive. They call our number, we get the pizza (we’re the only ones there at the time) the pizza is missing some meats. I look at it and ask her why the meat lover only has 2 meats? She check my number in my recipett, and then said ok, I’ll take care of it. She literally took the pizza back and sprinkles cooked sausage on it and places it back on our table. I was hungry or else I would’ve walked out. Then the chicken had no season, and the pizza sauce was different this time. Rusty pizza has lost its drive. Go to any other pizza place in town, even little Ceasar has better deals and tasting pizza. I won’t be back.

Messed up my order. It’s really not that hard to do what someone calls in. But these days we have to pay over 50 bucks for 2 pizzas just to have your order wrong. That’s not right. Adding to my reviews my review because all the content say did you contact the owner. You don’t need to contact an owner for decent service. I can get terrible pizza and better service for half the price. Don’t support this kind of business.
