My nephew and I went in to eat. Everything we asked for was responded with “that’ll be extra.” A side of rice for a quesadilla was served in a 1oz. Sauce cup, I asked for a large “that’ll be extra.” The queso was thin and bland. I ordered a large to split. I went back to ask for a cup to divide the queso for sharing and was told I’d have to pay $1 for a medium PAPER cup, all after spending $40+ on the worst meal I’ve ever had. The rice was old and stuck to the serving warmer, the chicken was dry and tough. And both tea brewing stations were missing their lids. I’ve worked food service, I know what it takes. These kids are doing the bare minimum at best and have no idea how to handle the public. We won’t be back.

Rice was uncooked and hard in burrito but they apparently don’t do refunds. Super sad because I love the Moe’s on schillinger! Definitely look at going to one of the other ones instead!
