The food at rusty taco is good. Quick fast casual tacos, full of flavor on all fronts and for all comers. Add salsa and chips and you have a great meal. At lunch times and busy time la there can be a little back up, but the staff are diligent and never rude. The space itself is typical for fast casual. In this case it was clean and while not the comfiest seating, all seats are just fine for what you are here for. On take out orders they do a nice job also packing up tacos and they stay warm and always have a lime

Great taco restaurant for a quick bite. If you are a fan of a variety of tack meats and toppings, this is a place for you.
The service was fast and the staff was pleasant.
I enjoyed my food and the atmosphere was nice.
As a note: the price you see on the board is for a single taco. The tacos are on the small.side, so plan for more than one during your order.

If you are looking for fresh and tasty street tacos (they do offer flour tortillas if preferred over corn), they have great options. I got a fried chicken taco and a picadillo (beef) taco. Both were great. They cost a bit over $4 each. They offer three salsa options. I chose the “medium” heat red salsa. It is on the mild side of medium for sure. But very tasty. I ate in and I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes to get my order. I am so glad I chose to grab an order of chips and queso before leaving. The generous portion of chips are made to order and the queso is the best I can remember having.
The venue isn’t fancy. It has a utilitarian look – but I suspect that is because they put all of their time and resources into the food. I dined in and could easily do so with a group of friends or for an informal lunch with colleagues. It is clear that they do a lot of takeaway and catering business.
If you’re looking for a good taco, the Rusty Taco is a great option.
A couple of nice pluses include free parking in their small lot. They offer some outdoor tables on the sidewalk.

I took my friend in just before closing and the cashier was rude and disrespectful and almost said if he actually said if you don’t like it you can leave the place smelled like it smelled like rancid oil we were blinded play the smoke and our clothes still the Lyft driver said do we work there because we smelled like that! Idk if it’s SOP from corporate, laziness of previous night staff, or made to be done in the morning but the frier oil is clearly old, everything deep-friend tasted like shitty dirty oil and my home stank like shit immediately when I got home and notable from 15ft away. Sucks to see them fade away but such is life

The service was odd. I ordered to go and could barely get any help just for picking up my order. I waited for some time just to get some attention. And then the young man who helped acted like he wasn’t there to work.
Food wasn’t bad, there are better options around. But if you really wanting Rusty then this will suit you enough.
The crispy cauliflower is definitely delightful. Everything else was pretty ordinary, even the sauces but at least they have options. It helps having diversity amongst something so simple.

Oh I placed an order for my wife. I was on the phone with her when she walked into. Get the order As she was leaving, she thanked the person. The person says sure walks away. Ask to do a survey. I answered the survey question, and I get a text back which I will post on here
I do apologize that you mistook our flour tortillas as corn, however I remember making this order myself and with that smash cheeseburger taco being required on flour tortilla, I do assure you, as I said before, I made this order myself and both the smash burger taco and steak fajita taco were in flour as requested.
