What a fun, unique dessert spot we came in and it was packed, and there was a reason for it. Great unique food. If you’re like me and look up good food places on Google maps and directions on Apple Maps stick to Google maps for everything. The Apple map directions are incorrect.

I’d been waiting to get to Fillings and Emulsions and I ordered them and picked them up this morning.
First off, I spoke with Katie and told her I was traveling 4 hours with them and she went the extra mile for me by extra packing, taping them to the bottom of the boxes, and told me where I could buy dry ice.
I got them home and my daughter and I tasted them. They are pretty close to the best dessert I’ve ever had.
They are fresh, refreshing, some are sweet and sour, pistachio has a sweet and salty flavor that’s amazing.
We will be back.

The food there is absolutely amazing and the price is great! I’ll go there every chance I get! Be sure to watch food Network every Monday. The owner will be on the Ultimate Baking Championship.

We used to go to the Provo location almost weekly. Love their coffee. The viral fruit treats are so yummy! The treats take a long time to make so of course they will be a tiny bit pricier. But you get what you pay for. I will be coming back. I bought a batch for my bosses and they are hooked.

Met the owner. SUPER NICE. Makes you want to come back for them and not just the yummy treats and coffee.

I love pastries and am always on the hunt for a delicious one. Ive tried the Chocolate croissant and it was amazing. I’ve also tried the Almond Bourbon Brioche. Seriously to die for. Everything is flaky and buttery in addition to friendly service. They offer a wide range of pastries that are all an example for top tier execution, taste, and design.

The best pastries ever!! And the best staff!! They were so nice to my 4 yr old and included free pastries for her because they overheard her having a hard time choosing. It was very sweet! Have been back two times since trying!!

Ordered a king cake locally this year rather then from NOLA and it was very dry over cooked. Maybe they should offer a filled version style to omit the dry cake. I was not very impressed how dry the cake is. Was expecting it to be more like the ones I get from New Orleans shipped to me

We came for pastries but we were impressed with everything. The fruit mousse pastries actually taste like fruit. The Cuban traditional meat pie was absolute fire , even the macaroons deserve respect, you can’t miss here!

What a fun group of people, tasty treats, amazing g service and super fun to talk with the employee that day. The vibe was open, fun, knowledgeable, and truly made us schedule our next trip for even more treats and fun . The open business environment was so fun, a fun place to meet and greet, or simply grab and go of a multitude of yumminess. The team member, was ao fun, I just wanted to stay and chat and buy more treats, which I did for home. This was an internet find that surely didn’t disappoint, and we even got to sample a few things were pondering, all of which were absolutely delicious and purchased for home and to share. We can’t wait to go back and soon. Highly suggest anyone visit, there for the fun environment, team members who helped us a d the best of all the sweet treats. Thank you so much!

Went and got the viral fruit pastries. Definitely go as early as you can, especially before 10 AM. It gets really busy and they sell out fast.

I tried the raspberry, the mango, the lime and the blueberry. The raspberry was the best one by far, the jam was super yummy. Mango was second best.

However, I did not like the keylime. It was very salty. The others were good.
