Food was ok. Steak is served on a hot plate so overcooks a bit sadly. Pizza was good if you go for something classic. Service seemed very mixed. Italian-American guy was the only person being polite. The rest didn’t seem to want us there.

Unacceptable wait time. First to start that it took them 20 minutes to take our order. After taking our order we waited 1,5 hour for food that we didn’t received. Waitresses didn’t care when we asked them when we will get our food. After a long wait time the waitress said the food is ready. We waited and waited, nothing came. The time just increased.
We decided to leave the restaurant and stayed with empty stomachs. They forced us to pay for a drink we didn’t drink.
I highly don’t recommend anyone to visit this place. Rude waitresses who ignore us when talking to them in English.

My family and I had the worst experience at this restaurant. My husband and my two six year old boys waited over 20 minutes for someone to ask what we wanted to drink. In the meantime, three other tables, who came in after us, were served their antipasti and their meal before we received any food. We waited an hour to be served what we ordered. They brought our meal out before our antipasti. The servers were non existent, as someone else mentioned. This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in Italy or in the United States.

Food was good, but service – unfriendly and they don’t really care about customers that are coming in, especially non-italians… At the first time we had to wait a long time to be served, but at the second time nobody even cared about serving us, even though waitress saw us sitting for longer time. But they had enough time to have fun with each other etc… 2 stars only because the food was acceptable

Catastrophic, I can’t believe that something like this is even possible. The service was disastrous, half an hour for a drink, an hour for a pizza, the waiters were walking around as if in a trance. To top it off, the poor choice of pizza (rustica), which was really not good.

The service is disappointing! You need to wave to the waitress to take your order after 20-25 min of sitting with the menus in front of you, after that more than an hour to get the food. After 45 min the appetisers arrived and took them another 45 min at least to bring the rest of the food, after you asked for it twice because for sure they forgot about it.
The food is really delicious tho but not worth waiting for it 1h and a half!

I would not recommend to go there to seat but I would definitely recommend to do takeaway because the pizza are delicious.
We went there for diner, service was not good at all, we arrived there early and the food took 1 hour 15 to arrive (1 burger, 1 pizza) no apologies from the staff for the delay, they were very unfriendly.
I give it two stars because the pizza are very good but do not go and seat there it’s a waste of time. A nice takeaway pizza is the solution for this place.
