Ordered a ton of pizzas from Rustic Roots for our group ski trip and we could not be happier. We were so well taken care of by the owner, Jerry, and the food came warm and delicious despite the arctic temperatures outside. So worth a visit if you are coming by the Jay Peak area. My favorites were the pepperoni pizza and the baked ziti, you really can’t go wrong with that.

I’ll preface this by saying that I grew up in Enosburgh so I have general expectations for Enosburgh restaurants. As far as pizza goes, I’ve had truly amazing pizza in Rome (Italy), NYC, Syracuse, etc. If we’re measuring by rest-of-the-world standards, Rustic Roots doesn’t earn five stars (three or four), but by rural Frankin County standards, this is high quality Italian food, the staff are friendly, and I wish Rustic Roots success into the future.

Finally had a chance to try Rustic Roots and Pastas pizza and an Italian grinder. Both were excellent !! I love that they open for lunch on Sunday. I will be going back to try their pastas. Thanks, Deb
