If you’re looking for a dining experience that perfectly balances a sophisticated atmosphere with food that actually lives up to the hype, Rust Kitchen & Bar is the spot. We had a five-star night from start to finish.
The Standout Flavors
The kitchen is clearly operating at a high level. Here’s the breakdown of what made the meal:
• The Mussels: Perfectly steamed and served in a broth so flavorful we almost asked for extra bread just to soak up every last drop.

• The Short Ribs: These were the star of the show. They were “fall-off-the-bone” tender, rich, and seasoned to perfection.
• The Pasta: You can tell they care about texture here. It was cooked to an ideal al dente and tossed in a sauce that tasted fresh and authentic.

He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and made sure our drinks stayed topped up and our courses arrived perfectly timed. We had brunch at Rust on Valentine’s Day. Everything was amazing I had the beef Bennie and my husband had the hash. Both were huge portions and very flavorful. The customer service was what really stood out. Dianne was amazing over the phone when I was booking the reservation and was equally as wonderful in person. Atmosphere is very old “bar/pub- like” which is why I gave it 4/5 but we had our 5month with us and felt totally welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend

What a great restaurant. Stop by here on my own one night while I was trying to kill some time. Decided to have a drink and dinner. On Wednesdays they have half-price wine which was amazing. I ordered the burger and the thousand layer potato and the tiramisu. Quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had and then amazing tiramisu. The burger was made of bison and boar but wasn’t dry and was also flavorful!

Why have we not tried this place before? Honestly, the best service from a restaurant we have had in a while. Deanna was our server and she was a sweet heart. Just so patient and friendly. We had brunch with our little ones and it was delicious as well.

We were there on a Saturday evening and our server was Rain. It was a very busy evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was Rain made us feel like we were the only ones there. She helped us with the wine selection. She displayed excellent knowledge of the menu. She helped us select the dessert. The food was excellent. Overall, we had a great time because of the food and especially because for the service. We can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommended! Rust BistroBar offers amazing service with a genuinely warm and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan requests. The Korean Cauliflower and Tofu Katsu were standouts—super delicious! They also have excellent options for both cocktails and mocktails. Our servers Deanna and Erin were great and served us with such warmth. We will definitely be back.
