The pizzas they serve here are very delicious, and the irresistible smell alone got my attention that I’m in for a real treat. The one shown in the picture I ordered with my friends is the Cup & Char Hot Honey pizza and it was pretty great! If you’re looking for a real pizza that is made the real Italian way, this is the place for you to try. Although I would recommend to bring a group with you to split and share slices, because it can be pricy for some items. However, it is still a satisfying experience to taste some good gourmet pizzas. I will come back again to try different specialties next time.

Not worth it. Less than average pizza. Let it sit for a minute. And it’s super soggy.
The pricing is a bit tricky. Ended up paying close to 35$ for a medium size pizza (serves 2 people) because it’s 2.5$/topping ( if medium size. Price increases with size ). And worse part. It was not cheesy. It had just a little bit of cheese.
They do have a halal option. But the peperoni was underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Ordered a Stromboli, mushroom truffle pizza and a taramisu cake slice to go. Was delicious. The owner said they’re 80% to 85% made-in house from scratch!! Check them out.

We ate there recently, early on a Friday evening. We had about 15 or so people in the group. There was plenty of room and they had been notified ahead we were coming in.
Due to traffic some in the group arrived 10-15 mins before others. All orders were handled very efficiently by the waitress, and beverages served. There were other patrons at our arrival, but it was not crowded as there was no wait line. But a steady stream of comers and goers.
Things began to unravel as the first group with us got their food within 10-15 minutes. However, our group of tables were at an hour+. The waitress apologized more than once and did note that they had people hired. That they were scheduled to work, but did not show up. There were only 3 staff there. The cook/pizza oven guy, the waitress and another lady that was helping the cook, the waitress, food prep, etc.. In fact, the waitress was doing the same thing.
Everyone was complimentary about the food and the yeoman’s work the very short handed staff did. My service score in no way reflects their work effort. This is a management problem as to why the service was poor.

Great $10 lunch special on 2 topping made-to-order 12″ pizza! Ordered it crispy today and it was the BEST pizza I’ve had here in a LONG time. So good, hubs and I polished it off in no time, even the pizza bones. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend and definitely will return, soon. Thanks guys for lunch!

We normally can’t agree on crusts—he likes thin and crispy. I like thick and soft.
This crust checked all boxes and I ate every piece of my slice.
We had arugula and mushroom pizza.
Everything was fresh and the cheese was especially good.
Can’t wait to go back for all the amazing dine-in lunch specials.
Glass of Cabernet Sauvignon was $6.50.
Desserts looked decadent.
Staff was fantastic.

As far as chain restaurants go, this was ok. The service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was extremely clean. The food flavors were decent, what you would expect for a pizza chain.

So I happen to work close by this week and I normally bring my lunch with me. But this time, I was in the market to go somewhere for lunch and I happen to notice russo’s here. Now I’ve been to a few russo’s before, very delicious and the pizza by the slice are about as big as your head. But when I showed up at 11:40 in the morning. The door was locked. I pushed and pulled on both doors, I ever knocked. No answer. Such a shame. I was looking forward to this for lunch. I just gave the food, service, and atmosphere an average rating of 3. Since I really didn’t experience it. Hopefully, next time, there be open. BTW, if you see my attached photos, it clearly states open at 11am on Saturdays. :::UPDATE::: so, I came back and decided to give them another try. Yes, they were open and I got the meatball parmesan sub sandwich for lunch. Very Delicious, I’ll definitely marked them down for a place to eat for lunch again. But I have one weird experience though. Not sure if it was the manager per say, but he seem to be bossing ppl around and I saw him come from the back with two huge crates of eggs and place them into he’s car and drive off. Not saying he’s stealing from the company. But that looked very suspect to me. Just sayin.
