Upbeat restaurant serving Italian & Creole fare, such as pasta with crawfish sauce & jambalaya.

Reservations are suggested, it’s not a huge place and it’s busy. We had no wait but we had a reservation. I had the NOLA fried chicken ( half a chicken) which was excellent, it came with beans and rice and collard greens both of which were really good. ( I would normally tell you that I don’t eat collard greens but theirs were really good. Our group also had the jambalaya, the fried perch and the beef tenderloin filet all of which were great. Portions are very generous as well.

Food is a bit expensive, but very good. I ordered the scallops and shrimp fettucine and this was great. 2 people ordered the cavatelli with chicken and 1 other ordered the jambalaya. All were not bad but nothing above what I’ve had elsewhere. My gumbo was great. Just fyi, you only get 2 scallops with the scallop appetizer – for $20. Calamari rings were nice and thick. I’d rather have plain marinara to dip in. 3 of us had a mixed drink. With tip, our total for 4 was $290. We sat in the patio on a hot day and even though it was covered and fans were going, there was not much air movement, surprisingly. So a little warm. Also ambience of the parking lot is nothing special. Basically overlooks parking. Server very nice but was slow. I live about 35 min away and if I’m in the area, will likely come back

We went there yesterday with wife and 3 children and everyone had an amazing meal! Wife ordered the shrimp & grits and the kids ordered the shrimp & scallop fettuccini, and we shared calamari and mussels appetizers. The portions were very generous and everyone loved their food. I ordered the fried chicken and let me tell you, good luck finding a better chicken dinner anywhere! I have a pretty hearty appetite and I could only eat about half of it. I have been here many other times in the past and the food, service, and ambiance never disappoint.

Glad we gave Russo’s another chance after my wife did not have a great experience here a few years back. We’ve been back three times in the last year and each time Russo’s has provided an enjoyable dining experience for us.
My wife and I like this restaurant for its food, delicious cocktails and good service. It’s been a great ‘re-discovery’ for us and it has become our go-to restaurant when we want to have a really special dining experience.
This isn’t a place where you can just show up and find a table—it’s popular, so reservations are really necessary to guarantee a spot to eat.
The dishes we’ve had here are delicious and in just-right proportions. We’ve come here with just ourselves and once with friends and have not been disappointed.
Our servers have also been an important part of our dining experience at Russo’s. They’ve all been personable and attentive.
Russo’s has two places to dine that offer two completely different experiences: the main dining room and the Bacchus Room. The main dining room has a combination of booths and tables in a carpeted area, making for a quieter atmosphere. The Bacchus Room is more of a casual sports bar type of area. It is a simple area with bare floors, standard tables, TVs with sports games on them and a bar, but also with garage doors that can open up to a patio in nicer weather.
Both areas now have the same menu. The most recent time we came we had to sit in the Bacchus Room because the main dining room was full and we could only get reservations for Bacchus. We still had excellent service and a tasty meal.
Finally, we’ve really enjoyed the cocktails here, especially the martinis. Great espresso martini and the sour apple has become one of my favorites.
Be prepared to pay a little more to eat here, as we have generally found entrees to be around $35 on up and cocktails were about $12, BUT…so worth it!
We look forward to returning.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Great food from their oysters to their pastas and Cajun. Left feeling satisfied and wanting to return soon. The atmosphere was inviting and lively. The open kitchen was a spectacular view and the staff was quick and friendly. It’s off the beaten path slightly but once you’re inside you feel emerged into the Cajun smells and ready to dig into some amazing meals.

On January 31, 2026, we had a birthday party for my sister for twenty people. We were put in the private room. I’m sorry I don’t remember servers names but both were excellent. We were very satisfied with the atmosphere, service and food. Thank you for making a special night very special for us

Everything was very good, the atmosphere was perfect for a simple date night. We got the garlic spread, garlic parmesan wings, and oysters.
For dinner my boyfriend had the jambalaya and I had the Codia.

Excellent food, some of the best in the area. Sat at the bar on a recent Friday night and service was attentive and quick, and the food was fresh. A bit expensive for the overall value but still a great choice for your next restaurant outing. Would like to see some « healthier » options on the menu. Enjoyed the seafood creole but the fried green tomato appetizer and NOLA fried chicken were even better! Will return again.

Called ahead to make reservations since we were bringing my Father with us for dinner who is on oxygen and in a wheelchair. Spoke with Heather, she did mention it is not a place that we will be in and out in 40 minutes….we were not in a rush however, she should have said you won’t be out of here even in 180 minutes! When we arrived the restaurant was very busy. We had a very hard time finding a place to park. Once inside, we did wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Then another 20 + before a server came to greet us. We had never dined here before so had some questions about the menu. My Father asked if he can remove the cream from his entree, the server walked over to the cook and he said NO. She explained that when they are busy they do not take requests or alter the menu items. Ok…he ordered the dish anyways, with the cream after he was told it has very little cream added to it. Ordered the New Orleans BBQ shrimp appetizer that tasted nothing like BBQ – the salads were fresh and good….bread was also good but they gave a very small saucer of oil with a drop or two of spices – not really enouth for 3 people to sample. Then comes the wait….a very long wait for dinner..our food was not served until hours later and it was all disappointing. I ordered the Twin Filets Two 4 oz. filet mignon that was to come with swiss and gruyere scallop potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables. The scallop potatoes were cold and HARD like a raw potato, not even cooked and instead of receiving the grilled seasonal vegetables, they gave me esparagus. I did mention to the server that my dish was supposed to come with grilled seasonal vegetables and she insisted it came with esparagus – I told her I would not have ordered that for I do not like esparagus. She checked the menu to confirm I was correct then went to the kitchen and they said they just did esparagus because they only had one order for the seasonal vegetables – did I want them to cook them for me?!?! NO….I do not want to wait another hour for my side. I expressed my disappointment that they would not take the cream out of my Father’s meal because they don’t alter meals when they are busy yet they took it upon themselves to serve me something different than what I ordered without an issue. Unacceptable. I also let the server know that my potatoes were raw. She was a very nice, apologetic, young server however, no adjustment was made to my bill for the food not eaten for being not cooked or not what I ordered. My Father’s Cajun Pastalaya that supposedly only had 2 oz. of cream was full of cream and when a place sees full plates of food not being eaten because of how bad it is you would think they’d be a bit concerned about your dining experiance. We also had Peanut Butter Cream Pie and a piece of chocolate decadence cake – I would say, if you have hours to spend waiting and if you want to dine in for salad and pie this place is for you, otherwise, don’t walk….run the other direction.

Great meal on NYE. We were a group of 6 and each person ordered a different delicious entree. Seafood Creole, Jambalaya, Pork Chops, Twin Filets, NOLA Fried Chicken and Cavatelli Pomodoro. Everyone was pleased and we made plans to return next month.
