Terrible experience! I had about $20 in items to purchase and tried to pay with a $100 bill. The staff didn’t even bother opening the register stating she couldn’t make change. I literally left without purchasing my candy because the staff didn’t have $80 in change?! What a joke. Considering the prices of their product that seems ridiculous. At best just very lazy. Terrible experience!

What an amazing first visit to Russell Stover Chocolates! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the delicious smell of chocolate and friendly staff. The selection is incredible — so many classic favorites and fun seasonal treats. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! The store is clean, well-organized, and made it easy to find the perfect gifts (and a few treats for myself). I’ll definitely be back.

The dark chocolate peanut butter cups are awesome and delicious as well as the different ice cream cup options. The service was great too, was just passing thru from Texas and glad we stopped by.

To start with I went to store and bought candy for Halloween on Friday, discovered I was double charged by my bank the next day. Receipt was thrown away but didn’t show a double charge, I checked to make sure charges were right, they were. Called and spoke with some man that worked there, said he couldn’t do anything w/o my receipt. I’m in the rewards , paid with cc, today’s tech and you can’t do anything, huh. I’m having to go through my bank, they will dispute but have to issue me a new card bc they must cancel this card. Thanks Russell stover and man that works there and lady that checked me out. Nice business!! My point is customer service isn’t very good or nice so please check receipt, get a receipt, don’t throw out receipt thinking all is good bc they won’t help you otherwise. Customer isn’t right at Russell stover

Very disappointed ! It used to be cheaper to go to the outlets and you could find a lot of the stuff there that you couldn’t find in the stores. It’s not any cheaper to go there now . It’s very overpriced. There was two employees there working neither one bothered to say hello good morning how you doing Nothing !

This place is wonderful! My Mom and I are on a roadtrip and saw a sign for this place and decided to stop. What a great decision we made! There is so much chocolate! The ladies who work there were so nice and patient with us deciding what we want. (Thank you to the employees! You’re doing a great job!) I would definitely visit again anytime I’m close to here. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups and the peanut butter chocolate fudge were DELICIOUS!

The ice cream was good we bought
2 boxes of chocolates grabbing 2 from them from the same place seen the date on the one box so ok get home open one box hard & very dried out found the date & it was June 2022 it’s now the end of September called them she said it’s good 2 years past date & that’s how they sell them now um I don’t think so it was really hard & dried out the other box was fine so now they’re selling out of date chocolates at high prices
