Excellent, fast and friendly. My daughters and I love Rush’s. This one is the newest we’ve been to, and I wondered if it would lose its charm with an updated interior. Nope, it’s really nice inside and the food was even a bit better prepared. No worries, the music hasn’t changed, it’ll take you back!

I have heard so many great things about it so I thought I would give it a try. Maybe I ordered to wrong thing (chicken) because it was just OK. I’ve had better honestly. I’ll have to try something else to see why people think their food is so good because idk why. If based just on the food I would rated it 3 ‘s but the drive thru service was fast and the cashier was very polite so 4 ‘s based on my experience today.

I love Rush’s but this particular location will get your drive thru order wrong. I have been there many times and they have screwed up my order at least 6 times. I am tired of calling management to get a replacement order. Today was the last straw. Either the employees don’t care or are incapable of getting your order correct. The worst part today was I was the only person in the drive thru. It was a very slow time so it wasn’t like they were real busy trying to get a lot of orders out. So beware when going to Redbank Rush’s.

The best thing here is the fries. Sterile atmosphere, our first time to dine here. Reminds me of a fast food Bob’s big boy restaurant.

To say that I’m angry and extremely grossed out at this disgusting $10 cheese burger basket is an understatement! I would love to throw this back in the pick up window tonight expect I’d have to waste 15 miles to drive this soggy, deformed, slopped up mess back to Redbank and wait another 20 minutes in the drive threw to do it!
This went straight to the trash ! The order was wrong ! I wasted 20 minutes of my life and $10 ! Don’t make the same mistake! I now remember why I NEVER get a burger at Rush’s…. it’s straight up trash. And that is where my mistake resides, in the trash !
