It’s always the same issue at this McDonald’s. They never get the order right, and today was
even worse.
I placed my order through the mobile app, and when I arrived, it took a long time to be ready. When I finally got it and went home, my burger was poorly prepared, with oil (probably from the grill) spilled all over. It was a 1 Bacon QPC M1 Lrg, and when I opened it and took two bites, I realized it didn’t even have bacon. I have photos as proof.
If I’m paying for something, the least I expect is that it’s served correctly. On top of that, I ordered my drink with light ice, and they gave it to me with regular ice.

Not really big fan of McDonald’s to begin with. I doordash mostly when I come in. I know it’s been recently renovated. I love your managers and the girl with dyed red hair. They are always super sweet to me and quick with my doordash deliveries.
Somebody really needs to get on to whoever is in charge of Upward road. Cuz in the women’s bathroom it smells like dirty tampons and it has been for the last week.

Going inside is a lot different that drive thru. Understandably, drive thru is quick, to the point, and on your way-next customer. But the lack of communication on closing early or at least posting their closed on the drive thru speaker would be nice instead of having people wait in line thinking their just short staffed. But they have a sign posted on the door?
Going inside, it’s seen their working their butts off and efficient on getting food out…as it is a fast food place.
But, modified orders, such as extra pickles, always fails at being accomplished.
There’s been multiple times of dissatisfied food and communication from the place.

I came through the drive through tonight and the manager Katey was working the drive through. She asked if we where ready to order, my fiance said yes then she said “what” instead of what you like.she said it twice. Of course we left and went somewhere else. I called the store this is how I know her name because she was the same one who answered the phone so rudely. I will not go back there and I will be contacting corporate! Get better managers, she is not manager material!

I have been ordering from this particular McDonald’s for almost 2 years. Today someone stole my mobile order and I was less than thrilled. Lady at the drive thru said someone had picked up the order already. I spoke with the manager or DM, whoever it was, and they told me I must have ordered it at the Four Seasons and didn’t want to help me further (despite showing the email receipt with their address). All I really wanted was a refund for food that was stolen. I could really care less about $2, but having someone steal my food… yeah. That doesn’t sit well with me. Hope whoever stole it needed it.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever went to… Food was cold, had to wait 20 minutes for food, they tried to charge me for sauces and a water cup when I just bought $30 worth of food. Meanwhile the manager had attitude with me. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!

If you want to hear people cursing about how much they hate their job, got eat here. No one is helpful and they obviously don’t want to be there. I don’t blame them but unfortunately I have a kid who is extremely picky and when I have to fight to get the correct food, it’s not even worth it.

The most unprofessional fast food location I believe I have ever set foot in. Consistently. Not sure why I keep trying when I know it’s the same result. Non of the employees or management care about there jobs or customs it’s even been voiced loud enough to hear in lobby. They should have left this location closed after Helene flooded it.
