Rush Bowls has become one of my favorite stops for a healthy meal. The bowls are packed with fruits and veggies, the toppings are fresh, and I love that they avoid artificial dyes and added sugars. I customized an Aloha Bowl with freshly ground peanut butter and changed up the base a bit and added almond milk. Every ingredient is so fresh, you taste it in every bite. There’s no added sugar and you can definitely tell. I’m a Playa Bowls ride or die, and this is an even healthier alternative. I’m so excited to have found this place. It’s a must try!

Rush Bowls in Westfield is such a great healthy spot. I ordered the Beach Bowl and it was thick, creamy, and naturally sweet — not icy or overly sugary like some other places. You can really taste that everything is blended fresh.
I also love that they use real ingredients (even their peanut butter is made in-store!) and offer plenty of non-dairy options and add-ins.
If you’re looking for something clean, fresh, and actually delicious, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I discovered this acai bowl company during an open house at Scotch Plains Montessori, and I’m so glad I did! Their acai bowls are amazing, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I loved getting to design my own customizable bowl, and everything tasted so clean and energizing. I didn’t feel bloated at all, just refreshed and awake after finishing it.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have ordered catering for staff and it was super easy, great prices, and the whole process start to finish was seamless. Everyone enjoyed the bowls and we will definitely be ordering again. I have also bought their Bow Wow Bowls for a few doggy events I have held and they are a HUGE hit with the dogs (and again, very affordable for what you are getting). MaryAnne is so sweet and clearly runs a great establishment.

Everything is completely customizable, whether you want added protein, more veggies, or need to personalize it to your dietary restrictions.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they grind their own peanut butter right in house! Yep, that’s right, natural peanut butter with no extra sugar or oils. Their peanut butter is so thick and creamy and really makes their Rush Bites, bowls and smoothies taste even more fresh. I wish I had access to their fresh peanut butter all the time!
They have really refreshing juices now available called revivers. They are loaded with antioxidants, natural sugars, and are perfect for these humid New Jersey summers! I loved sipping on mine strolling through town!
Your dog would even love Rush bowls! They have the cutest bow wow bowls that are completely vegan and totally dog friendly. My friend’s dog loved hers!
