I had been here before and the tomahawk steak was outstanding, which is exactly why we planned this visit months in advance and drove two hours to come back for it.

We arrived at 3 PM based on the opening time listed on Google Maps, but were told the restaurant actually opens at 4 PM, so 1 hour more gone there. Once seated, we ordered the tomahawk only to be told it had run out the day before.

Even if it’s part of the specials and not fixed on the menu, it’s clearly one of the highlights here. Running out on a Friday is understandable, but having none available the entire next day, when you’re opening at 4pm, especially on a Saturday, shows poor planning.

We came specifically for that dish and were ready to spend around +$200, but the main reason for making the trip simply wasn’t available.

My one star goes for the lack of stock planning, open communication and commitment to ensuring customers can actually order the dishes that draw them in.

It is far and away the best supper club in Wisconsin. The food is never bad, and it is so reasonably priced. I always get the ribeye, and it is always amazing. Ignore any review that is not a 5 star. I travel from Oconomowoc, WI to Cleveland Wi (Nearly 70 Miles) just to get dinner here. It is worth the trip. Every. Single. Time! Best supper club in Wisconsin, and it is not close.

First time for my wife and I at Rupp’s. Our waitress Amber was great, the salad bar was very good, drinks were reasonably priced, and the food was excellent and plentiful. I had the Friday fish combination dinner and was amazed at the amount of food. My wife really enjoyed the tenderloin & shrimp combo. We’ll definitely make our way over from Fond du Lac to Rupp’s again.

We were there for a private party, which was wonderful. We have gone there during business hours. Had a good-sized group. Everyone’s food came out practically at the same time. All loved what they ordered and many traded tastes. It is a great traditional supper club!

What a gem of a place! The bartender greeted us and pointed us to the hostess station. The drinks we had to start were made to our liking. The food was AMAZING! Salad bar was full with many choices and 2 soups. We had the best tenderloin and ribeye we’ve had out in over 10 years! Our meat was seasoned well, buttery and tender.

Went with a group of guys after work to celebrate. The atmosphere was good, the place was busy but there seemed to be plenty of servers, so we couldn’t understand why it took so long to get our food and drinks refilled. The steak was a little tough for the price.

Where do I start? The food was phenomenal! I had the petite ribeye that was cooked to absolute perfection! Melt in your mouth! My husband got the pork chop with bacon jam glaze and that was phenomenal as well!

This has a comfortable atmosphere with food that you would expect in an upscale, high class establishment with cloth napkins.

We are coming from out of town to celebrate 25 years of marriage and are staying in Sheboygan. We were asking around to find a good place to eat a really good steak and we were told Rupp’s is good, but they are closed for the season. As I was looking online, I found out that there are two Rupp’s, and when I called Rupp’s in Cleveland, they said they’re open all year long . It was only 10 miles from Sheboygan and I will tell you it was well worth the drive, even well worth the drive coming from Madison!

This is a place that the next time we are in the Sheboygan area we will definitely come to Cleveland Rupp’s!!

Thank you for having such amazing food and service on our 25th wedding anniversary !!

We decided to come and have prime rib, but when we got there, the prime rib was gone. Most of the stuff was sold out by 7:30 so we had to settle for what they had left. My brothers came up from Florida and we took them out there and he had the Ribeye, and I had the ribeye, Mine was great, but my brothers was gristley and had chords running through it, and it was very tough!
He was getting more and more pissed off trying to cut through the cords and chew it, and then had to spit it out, so he got up and went to the bathroom because he was just so angry !
He was done at that point, so I said something to the waitress and she took it back and talk to the manager a woman, she refused to take the steak off our ticket !!! I talked to her, and tried to reason with her, but she said because he didn’t say anything right away, she refused to credit him for the steak ! but I said He only had like two bites of a $40.00 steak , the woman Manager got really nasty and said she wasn’t going take it off the ticket because he didn’t say something right away. She said they could’ve made him another steak and I said well what’s the difference if they make another steak , or just take it off our bill , She refuse to do that so we had to pay $40 for a steak they threw in the garbage he didn’t eat cause it was so tough. She was at our table literally yelling at me in front of all the other customers, my son asked her to quiet down and quit yelling at me! So because of her unprofessional behavior as a manager, we will never go back there again ! What a way to treat your customer !
So the manager text me back and says that was deceptive I didn’t tell the truth. Well, I absolutely told the truth. Yes we didn’t say anything right away. My brother was trying to eat it. He’s not the type that likes to complain about his food, but he couldn’t eat it. He was very upset so when he finally got up to go to the bathroom is when I said something, it doesn’t matter whether they made another steak. He didn’t want another steak at that time. He was just turned off and upset and mad instead of her, making the situation, right She got in my face and started yelling and arguing with me that she wasn’t gonna take it off the bill and I said that’s ridiculous. I ran a restaurant for 10 years. My goal was to make the customer happy if they didn’t like something I got him something else if they weren’t happy I gave them their money back. A customer should leave your Restaurant happy and wanting to come back. She yelled at me in front of all the other customers which was so unprofessional for her, and she didn’t take the stake off our bill ! So she did nothing to make it right, or justify it. That’s how it happened !!!

I had the open face ribeye sandwich on a hard roll, it was excellent My wife had Halibut and the salad bar also very good. Somehow an old fashioned was $4.10 it must be stealing booze from someone.

We started dinner with traditional old fashioneds—nothing to write home about, but they did the job. After a quick glance at the salad bar, we decided to go for the French Onion soup instead. And let me tell you, it was freaking amazing.

Now, onto the real star of the show: dinner. I had the roasted duck with mashed potatoes and cabbage, while my husband went for the walleye with loaded taters.

Let me tell you, these meals were next level. The duck was tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy, and the cabbage added the perfect bite. As for the walleye and those loaded potatoes—OMG, they were so good we practically needed a moment of silence to appreciate them.

To top it all off, we treated ourselves to a grasshopper, and it was the cherry on top of an already perfect meal. This place absolutely nails it when it comes to food. If you’re looking for a dinner that’ll make you want to high-five the chef, this is the place!
