This is NOT your typical fast food restaurant. When I say this I’m speaking only of this particular location.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to be. It’s clean well built well decorated, and the seats are comfortable.
The staff is amazing. Tyler is amazing. He’s got you. He gave me exactly what I asked for and one item wasn’t on the menu. Then he put it on a tray and delivered it to my table!
If you have the time, dine in, you won’t regret it.
The food is great and the pricing is even better. I got a sandwich packed with roast beef for FIVE DOLLARS! That’s crazy cheap.
I’m summary –
The atmosphere is great!
The music they play is good.
The staff is excellent, and in a time when it’s so hard to find and keep good people.
This is a great experience!

Ok, so I’m completely changing my review for this location. Do not go here at night if you want to get what you’re actually ordering. Im done with this location. It’s always something different. My final straw was when they charged me $2.59 for a small crinkle fry as well as $0.59 for the liquid cheese. The container didn’t even hold a “kids” size fry; let alone a small. The cheese ok I’m cool with; but not when I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I’m sure it would’ve been different if the “shift manager” taking the order would’ve said something about the container, but he didn’t. They call this the training store now. So does that mean if someone is being served like that here; will that be treated like this at the other locations? It’s employees like this that give the rest a bad name.

I took my daughter there yesterday and she got a roast beef slider kids meal. We ordered it to go. She bit into it and there were jalapenos in it! She was crying because it burned so much. We went back to Arby’s and they didn’t care at all. They did say sorry and gave us a new slider without the jalapenos of course. I’ve already reached out to corporate.

The night shift should be held to a higher standard because this location accepted my DoorDash order at 11:30pm. I ordered here because it was late.
Once the dasher arrived, they said they didn’t receive the order because they closed at 12.
Not sure why they would accept the order then wait that long to waste my time and the dashers. Really disappointed and probably won’t be back to Arby’s for a while after this.

Whole drive through experience was bad I just got a large fry. The girl taking orders speaks with an irritated tone..telling me to speak up at the speaker like she’s mad at me.
Then is just staring right into my eyes when I pull up for the fry I was thinking to myself like what is wrong with her? I work right next to yall & I hope you see this to & I wish I got your name because I don’t think anyone should be treated like that in fast food service.
It doesn’t matter if you are mad you do your job with diligence. I was there right around 1:40-1:50 & management should talk to whoever it was taking orders around that time because that type of behavior is what makes places lose business.

Upon entering the store, the tables were dirty and there was only 3 others in restaurant, We ordered our food anyway and the person taking the order was polite but didn’t seem very outgoing or friendly. When we finally received the food that was ordered my big roast beef had so much cheese on it, that it was soggy , All of our fry’s was nothing but small pieces not actual curly fries and very dry an hard , This restaurant use to do pretty good but last few times our family was there, the food was poor and the service, oh , an we had to clean our own table before we sat down to eat. Even though they remodeled the restaurant , which was a plus it’s going down hill fast, we even seen a lady on the way out and she was frustrated with how the restaurant has gone down, with the service and the food as well. If you want (Ok)Arby’s just go to the one in Salem.

I’ve been stopping at the Brambleton Arbys for years. They’re usually great, but the other day when I stopped, I got a Beef n cheddar and curly fries and asked for a water cup. The guy manning the speaker said, “we don’t give out water cups anymore, new policy, you have to get a drink” and he suggested a combo. He flat out refused to give me a water cup. I’ve always gotten water cups with my meals here. I’m not sure why he felt the need to be dishonest, but it is disappointing.. I enddd up going inside to ask for a manager to get my water cup. It was somewhat frustrating, not cool. Just a heads up, you might encounter a similar situation. I really hope this policy isn’t the case because I couldn’t find out anything about it. A corporate contact said they’ve never heard of it.

I swung by this location 12/7/2021 to grab a quick sandwich on my way back to the office.
I ordered the Chicken, Bacon Swiss combo.
The curly fries were soggy and luke warm at best, but it was the sandwich that takes the cake.
The inside of the chicken was a grey, browny color, but at least it was burnt beyond all recognition to cover the flavor.
Luckily for me, this location only allows drive thru. So upon arriving back to the location to voice my complaint, all the doors are locked and had to wait behind 5 cars before I could talk to someone. It’s beyond me how anyone would have served that sandwich to a paying customer.
