This was my first time eating at a Runza. I had never even heard of them before because I am from out west. The menu was intriguing and unique for a fast food restaurant, but the idea of the sandwiches was better than the execution. (But hey, isn’t that basically what fast food means?) I would go back, but I’d be okay if I never did.

Someone at Runza needs to teach all other fast food chains how to make fries. Every single one is perfect every time. Everyone working here seems positive and upbeat every time I go. Food is delicious. I’ve never had an incorrect order. Love the ease of the mobile app so they can scan a qr code to pay and rack up points for free meals.

Love the concept at the Runza drive in chain…cooked fresh every day. I grew up eating my moms version of Runzas…this product is very similar. Establishment is clean , staff courteous and always busy. Food excellent.

So having transplanted here from Colorado a little while ago, I had never heard of this place, but people said it was very good. I read the reviews for one particular location and a lot of those reviews were not good. So I figured I would try it out myself. Heading to the Superior/ 27th Street location, my lady and I both got our burgers and enjoyed them immensely. They were quite delicious. Then I went to the same place the next day. Not quite the same. Rather unsatisfactory food, but I’ll give it another go, and hope it will work out.

Went thru drive to get ice cream…it just amazes me how much of a difference ech store gives you. The younger kids say….”only so much when we weigh”…but you go to say another across town…(north side) you get a NICE serving. Also…I’m convinced that the weather has something to do with how it’s made in the machine…idk….lol

My husband love loves runza….he says his food was fresh and good. I just can’t as I can’t eat what they are known for and what I did order was put sideways into the bag so that the cheese was stuck to the container. Fries are also super salty.
