Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

A step above McDonald’s and Burger King, but a step below Freddy’s and Culver’s. I had a regular cheeseburger and fries. Didn’t try their signature, but would go back to try it.

One of the teenage-looking boy taking orders on the intercom on December 22 at 8:10 PM yelled and cussed at us multiple times. He apparently didn’t realize we could not hear his response to our order and after cussing and calling us derogatory names he was extremely rude with further comments he made. He then made the young girl working stay at the window and tried to hide. Really disappointing behavior to be met with after a long day just trying to get our dinner. Definitely staying away from this location and telling others to as well unless they like this sort of behavior.

forgot my ranch, sped kid with glasses refused to give purchased items even after looking at recipt. Horrible service, not friendly, not welcoming, sped kid responded with “i didn’t make the system” when confronted about not giving purchased items. Would not recommend. food was okay but service and staff were horrible.

We came an hour before closing and they turned on Christmas music (it’s July) and had half the dining room closed off for cleaning. They were friendly but I felt they wanted us to leave. I would have ordered ice cream there after I finished my food but we went somewhere else instead.

Issues with order every time. Food is stale even at peak meal times. Other locations are much better – we are giving up on this one even though it’s closest to us.
