I stopped by the Burger King on Ann Street today, and I want to give a big thank you to Ms. Jackie, the store manager. She took great care of me and corrected everything from my previous order. She was incredibly sweet, and the whole shift was running exactly how it should. The line was moving, the drive-thru was flowing smoothly, and the lobby was well managed. I truly appreciate Ms. Jackie and her team for making things right and providing excellent service today.

Don’t waste your time ordering if you don’t want a microwaved burger, tomatoes get all stringy and mushed, and if you have a big order they always forget something without fail.

Excellent customer service! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. They went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh, and the whole experience was quick and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hi I purchased a family bundle for my staff meeting and i was appalled when 1 of my faculty members tapped me on the shoulder and stated these sandwiches are raw inside and that 2 of the staff members just said don’t eat the burgers. This upset me because I purchased this food. I’m the director and I’m serving raw food i contacted the store immediately and no 1 answered at all. If I wasn’t on the other side of town I would have went back there. I called all the numbers they had online and the 2 numbers on the receipt. Still no 1 answers, I currently have the receipt and will keep it along with the time and date stamp on the photo to assure they get this right for my next staff meeting. This is so embarrassing and harmful to all of our health. Food prepared improperly is hazardous to us all and it has to be addressed. Maybe the cooks need to be retrained or something but this has to be fixed.

Although we ended up getting the wrong size fries at this location after being charge, they did not mind to correct their mistake. Dropped us fresh fries and apologized for the inconvenience. Just wish they were a little more aware of what they bag before handing it out.
