We came to this location for Free kids meals on Monday. We ordered our food and then got it to go to eat at home. When we got home we were missing a kids teriyaki meal. We called and spoke to Lindsey one of the managers and the first thing she said was well it was free. I get it was free but that’s why we came here was for the free kids meal. The Manager was awfully rude to my wife and never once apologized for the mistake. We will never be going back to Rumbi. This is awful service and that is not a way to treat your customers.

The Draper locations quality and customer service has declined significantly. We used to eat there consistently, but the last 5 times we have been there, our orders have been messed up. We aren’t ones to complain, but by this time it’s the concept. When we called the manager Lindsey, was very rude and unprofessional and unaccommodating. Will not be giving this location anymore of our business, nor should you.

We had to wait a couple of minutes for our food, but it came out hot and fresh so the wait was definitely worth it. We got the fish tacos and loaded fries and both dishes were absolutely delicious.

Kinda pricey $12.50 for the rice bowl with rumbi rice and pork, and veggies. Left me still hungry when places like mobettahs and cafe Rio I’m stuffed. Decent tasting and I’m sure good quality ingredients, but to be better value, if gonna charge that much, should add free small fries, or Mac salad, or more rice and beans, all super low food cost but add value as a purchase.

I love to get the rice bowl with white rice, teriyaki sauce, and veggies, minus zucchini. I love zucchini, but they barely cook it so it ends up being really rubbery. Also, the sweet potato fries are amazing! Sometimes it takes them a while to get your food out. They’re much quicker if you call your order in though.

The portion here is the biggest I’ve seen at Rumbi’s. Pretty darn good! Something new is they are serving chips and salsa for free. ( at least, that’s what they brought us!)
