Another excellent shop! This is the 2nd one we’ve been to.
Dole whips are great. This time I tried the Lime/Cherry swirl and it was excellent. We also had pineapple and orange Dole Whip.
The line was long, but the staff was working their rears off to keep the line moving quick!

Great ice cream, awful service. Cashier didn’t put a smile on his face and was rude. Gave me a broken cone that was holding on by a thread, sat down to eat and the cone broke. Might give them a second chance but not any time soon.

When this ice cream shop first opened, it was great. All different kinds of flavors for their shaved ice, and they rotated the dole whip flavors. We went shortly after they reopened for the season and everything on their menu was tagged as “out”. They only had vanilla and orange flavored dole whip, and they didn’t have anyone in there. The iPad had a message saying they were going to be back shortly. Waited a good five minutes, but no sign of anyone. I don’t see this shop doing too good anymore which is such a shame.

I was so excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I ordered a shaved ice, and the worker must not have put it through the machine long enough because it was just ice chips. There also wasn’t much flavoring in it, so we were mostly just crunching on large chunks of flavorless ice. Unfortunately, the worker was also quite rude. She didn’t greet us, didn’t ask for our order or anything- she just stood there staring at us. When she made our orders, she placed them on the counter and walked away without saying anything, which was really weird. I gave her a tip too, which I honestly kind of regret doing because the service was awful. On the plus side, one member in our group ordered I’ve cream, and they said that it was good.

First time here with the kids. The ice cream and pricing are great. The ambiance of the store…not so much. The floors, walls, tables and ceiling tiles were all pretty gross and sticky. The general feel of the store was dirty and had a wierd smell. Not sure if we will return.

Great little ice cream shop. The gentleman running the cash register, serving the customers and fixing equipment all with a smile was impressive and deserves a raise! I’ve been twice and no orange whip guess I’ll have to make a 3rd trip. Over all a nice little addition to Lebanon.

Was disappointed with our service. No shaved ice was available since they were out of ice. Soft serve machines were supposedly broken as well. Ice cream was good but cashier shorted me $4 change so I figured she got her tip. Not sure if I’ll give it a second chance. Must have gone on a really bad day.

They were out of Dole Whips, and most shaved ice flavors, the trim on the inside is falling off, the trash hadn’t been taken at least since the day before because it had flies all over it. The cashier seemed bothered to get off her phone to take our order. At least the shaved ice was okay.
