This is a very authentic Japanese sushi restaurant. The environment is elegant and pleasant, and the hygiene is impeccable. Alvin’s sushi never disappoints. it’s simply a work of art for the taste buds! The fish is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. They’ve also introduced a new product, the popular pork belly, which you should definitely try—I forgot to take a picture of it. Highly recommended! Try many of the rolls!very love this beautiful place!!

The Crispy Spicy Tuna (crispy rice topped with diced spicy tuna) is a must-try—a perfect harmony of crunchy, savory, and spicy flavors that is simply chef’s kiss. I also highly recommend the Hand of Merle roll, which features a generous mix of spicy tuna, snow crab, and cucumber, topped with shrimp and hamachi. Even the cooked dishes shine; the Teriyaki Chicken was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the Vegetable Roll was wonderfully refreshing, especially when paired with their ponzu sauce.
I absolutely love this beautiful spot and highly recommend trying as many rolls as possible!

Such a beautiful restaurant. Food was fantastic and service was top notch. Our waitress was very helpful in suggesting different foods and was very hands on. Chef also stopped by to check in on us. Rolls were delicious and yellowtail was so yummy. Can’t wait to go back!

The sushi here is beyond delicious. I got the spicy tuna roll and the Baja 19 and both were so fresh and had very generous amount of fish. I also had the scallop nigiri and it was the best bite of food I’ve had. I will definitely be coming back here.

My wife and I dined there tonight and had a very pleasant experience. My wife, who is quite discerning about sushi, appreciated the freshness and the extensive menu offered. I enjoyed the calamari and oysters, which were very flavorful. We look forward to returning in the future.

The rice was thick dry and falling off of the roll.- not well presented!
Meat was well cooked – good!
Taste was okay but not as satisfying. – bummer!
Service was okay, quality of the serviates are cheap.
Not ordering again!

Delicious food and kind staff! I’m kicking myself for not taking pictures to accompany my review.
My 4 yo daughter had the chicken teriyaki. It was seasoned to perfection! My husband and I both stole a little bit of hers.
My husband and I shared the sashimi sampler (chefs choice) and I regretted agreeing to share because it was so good! We also had the pan-friend gyoza and even the kiddo ate them up, which usually she won’t eat gyoza.
All in all it was a great experience! Delicious food and great service. We will definitely be back!
