It’s such a shame that I get horrible customer service every time I go in store because I love the food. There’s always guys behind the counter that feel the need to be macho men and act like tough guys. Never even a simple “hello”. I walked in today and got looked at up and down. The one about to take my order starts putting his gloves on and I tell him hello. Not one word from him, just a dead stare. I tell him what bread I want and he throws the bread bag down and I decided I wasn’t going to have someone make my food who is obviously angry/upset or has an attitude problem.
I am a manager where I work so I know the importance of good customer service, no matter the field you’re in.
Management— please teach the individuals behind your counter that they don’t need to act like tough guys while making a sandwich. They can say hello to people and greet them when they come in the store. Lack of customer service is a huge reflection on operations behind the counter and lack of good & caring leadership.

Potbelly consistently makes the best tasting sandwiches if any fast food sandwich option. They’re all toasted to perfection and made with meats and veggies that taste fresh. My favorite is the Wreck which goes great with jalapeño chips. The interior is clean and the staff is great. Parking should be a breeze. This location gets busy at lunch so plan for some time in line of you arrive at noon.

I wish I could do zero stars. Me and my friend waited for over an hour for a mobile order, and then waited in line to have them make our sandwich because at least five dozen people got their food before us. And at the counter, we were told they couldn’t make our sandwich for us, but they pulled their mobile order ticket from a pile of other mobile tickets and finally put it up in the queue to be made… Worst experience ever. I might never eat a sandwich ever again.

The Italian is always my go to when I go to Potbelly. Fast, friendly service. It had been a long time, but it was just as good as I remember. Adding hot peppers puts this sandwich over the top. So happy they have Zapp’s chips to go with the sandwich.

Really dang good. Love the toasted sandwich options. They have a special that feeds a family of 4 for $20 and it’s a steal! Super clean, friendly employees and the oreo shakes were incredible. I’d return just for those alone! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for something better than Subway, I recommend this place. Variety of options, I love The Wreck, Italian, and Avo Turkey.

$20 for an italian sandwich and all they put was 6 very thin slices of meat, it felt like i was eating hard ass loaf of bread with lettuce. Terrible experience
